These are greate stories with deep meaning and things to think. So that's why its not boring to listen them again and again repeating words I passed. Cause listening a story again I remember something important about life.

Amazing story it's not for my level but I like to challenge myself and find new vocabulary, phrases and idioms, I heard shattered if I'm not mistaken is a slang and means extremely tired, I use knackered sometimes.

I'm not sure that I'd be a good manager because I don't have enough qualities needed for a leader. I prefer soft approach to people, being sympathetic, kind and friendly while bosses have to be tough and influential, put people under pressure and make them work hard. Luckily, Simone in your story has found a softer way of leading her team.
