Adult Figure Skater Does Personal Training Online for 30 Days | Off-Ice for Figure Skaters

Working out off the ice is always a challenge for any skater, but I feel like adult skaters in particular never get good guidance on what to do. What kind of exercises should we do to help support our skating? For 30 days, I partnered with my physical therapist to try out her new dancer-specific personal training program called Graceful Gains. Julieann has a DPT and currently practices in San Diego at THRIVE Physical Therapy SD where she specializes in pelvic floor control and dancer performance.
