Adrian Rogers: 666: The Mark of the Beast (2352)
Sermon Overview
Scripture Passage: Revelation 13:11-18
Satan’s burning ambition has always been to be like God.
And so, if there is a Holy Trinity: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, then there is also an unholy trinity found in Revelation 13.
The dragon is anti-God, the Father.
The beast is anti-Christ.
And the false prophet is the anti-Holy Spirit.
If the Holy Spirit brings people to worship Jesus, then the false prophet is designed to bring people to worship the beast, the antichrist, Satan’s “Superman” in the End Times.
During the Great Tribulation, the false prophet will come as the distributor of propaganda on behalf of the antichrist. He will be a master liar, who perfectly crafts his lies with just enough truth to deceive the mass population. He will be empowered by the devil to perform miracles and lying wonders. He will come to unite the world into a common market, common government, and a common faith.
He will become the controller of commerce through the mark of the beast: 666. In order to buy and sell during this time, you will have to show your branding-further establishing full control over the new order of the world. Seem far-fetched?
We see evidence of this world preparing itself for the Great Tribulation. Issues of common morality (or lack thereof) are advertised as human rights and religious tolerance. Clear-cut lines of right and wrong are muddied by tricky wording and clever framing of phrases and questions every day.
What seemed so unbelievably futuristic at one point is now becoming a reality-our cashless society, microchips, and digitized tracking systems...all evidence that the stage is setting itself just as it was prophesied in Revelation.
Adrian Rogers states, “What we see happening today sounds, in some ways, like a fairy tale, but it is not. What we see happening today, everything is fitting into the sockets of prophecy, and that tells me that Jesus Christ is at the door.”
Apply it to your life
Jesus is coming back soon, so soon. In a world of “speaking your truth,” would you be bold enough to point people to the One Truth, Jesus Christ, who is the only One to can save? Pray for someone who doesn’t know Him, and tell them about Him today.

Yessssss I started listening to Pastor Rogers about 3 months ago when a brother in Christ told me about him (didn’t know he passed away in 2005) I listen/watch about 2-5 sermons from him a day and when he is preaching, it’s like he is alive right now preaching, I love it Blessings to you and yours 🙏🏼🙌🏼✝️⚔️👑

It's truly amazing.
I loved all of Pastor Rogers sermons, he encouraged me to read the Bible and find out how to be saved. To follow JESUS'S word and obey his sayings. Amen and Amen Hallelujah to the lamb of GOD, the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords.

I have an audio Bible and play it in my house 24/7. There is no better way to learn the Bible than repetition. I hear it over and over again... All of it.

Amen! I have the Alexander Scourby KJV on my phone and run chapters on a loop till I can recite it with him. I have memorized many Psalms, the entire Epistle to the Hebrews, Genesis 1-3, Matthew 5-7 (sermon on the mount), and am now working through Romans. When I say 'memorized', it's initially true, but I need to frequently go back to those segments and review again to retain it. Saturate your life with the Word! It is transforming to your faith and your sanctity of life.

@@theogentile4579 I have said the same thing to many, Jesus warned of a false prophet that would come and mislead many, and there is only one who I know of who has claimed this "last" prophet, and most certainly has most certainly misled many, Mohamed. This is clearly before the world's eyes today, and for the past 1400+ years.

... and that's what's wrong! Looking for a false escape (Rapture) instead of the second coming when the Rapture happens! I suppose the body disappears with the spirit too... MANY are called but FEW will answer. The multitudes that come out of are those who died believing in Jesus the last two days since Jesus left. When Jesus himself descends from Heaven, a true believer drops dead and the spirit goes up to the clouds to be with the Lord as he descends to earth with NEW Jerusalem! Sorry but no one goes to heaven. Jesus brings the kingdom to earth! LET NO MAN DECEIVE YOU WITH " TICKLING THE EARS"! Study the WORD for yourself. I follow the WAY...

MY apologies. Those who are BEHEADED and asleep who are of god and believe Jesus do go to heaven and are resting under the Alter in white robes waiting for the number of the brethren to be fulfilled. The "multitudes that come out of the tribulation" were probably ABORTED! MULTITUDES...

Once a person comes to understand the New Covenant promised to Israel and Judah in Jeremiah 31:31-34, which is found fulfilled by Christ during the first century in Hebrews 8:6-13, and Hebrews 10:16-18, and specifically applied to the Church in 2 Corinthians 3:6-8, and Hebrews 12:22-24, modern Dispensational Theology falls apart, and the pretrib removal of the Church falls with it.

Mr Rogers has passed the test with accurate scripture. Very few correct teachings of the book of Revelation, & especially the mark of the beast. I wish I could find such a church in NY! God Bless you for providing the truth!

Be kind to all men. You're also supposed to rebuke false doctrine! Your neighbor is one who would help you in your time of need! That narrows it down to the few. I like this message. Did I hear wrong at 27:00? If you are here in the Tribulation you have the mark? I thought there will be a remnant: Matthew 24:13 - "He who endures until the end will be saved." (The Church will be gone in the Tribulation) Also: "If those days had not been cut short, no one would survive, but for the sake of the elect those days will be shortened." (Matthew 24:22) EDIT: At 38:33 he does talk about saints in the Tribulation. OK. I answered my own question.

The “ rapture” or taken up with C hrist happens at the sixth seal, when J esus descends with clouds and lots of noise, and G od pours out his wrath. Pretrib seems to be a deception that even hollywood promoted(do that should tell us something). It’s actually prewrath.

The key to understand the mark of the beast is understanding the difference of the spring feast of God to fall feast of God. I have been seeking thia for a long time but now i can see it clearly and i am glad to share it here. If u notice the mark on the beast has key words u cant buy or sell, mark of the right hand and an Empire establishes it

If I am wrong I will except correction on this. And I believe that the mark of the beast will be implemented after the start of the reign of the antichrist. It is when the antichrist takes power then the Mark of the beast shall be implemented afterwards, I don’t believe it will be implemented before. If somebody knows better on this I am willing to listen

Yep, it’s all written for us to know. It will be a choice....basically a copy of G od sealing his people in the forehead, the adversary will have his own “seal.” People will know what they are doing...pledging allegiance to the an tichrist.... and yes, he has to be revealed first, and people will be basically told worship him or G od.
