Scripture Passage: Revelation 12
A Bible-believing Christian cannot deny or ignore the significance of the nation Israel. Throughout the Word of God - as well as is evident in the news headlines - we see Israel at the center of the drama and controversy. Why? Because Israel is especially favored by God.
Adrian Rogers says, “Israel is a God-ordained, God-called, God-protected, and God-blessed nation.” God loves Israel. Yet, Israel has a lot of enemies - many who would curse her name.
One enemy, in particular, is one we know all too well-the Devil himself.
We as believers are to become Israel’s allies. We are to love her fiercely and pray for her constantly.
We cannot stop the plans of God, or halt the favor He has specifically and lavishly given to His people. We cannot un-bless what He has blessed. When you bless what God has blessed, when you love what God has loved, then God is going to bless you.
But we can also learn something from Israel. Because in her great favor, she also has the full attention of the enemy. And during the Great Tribulation, we see through vivid imagery prophesied in Revelation that the war on Israel will rear its head once she realizes the antichrist that vowed to save her, betrayed her. Israel will rebel, and Satan will unleash his wrath upon her.
Yet, the Lord will fight for her.
Because of the Blood of Jesus, we as Believers are like the nation of Israel. We are children of the King of Kings, favored in His eyes and we must NEVER forget that. Because like Israel, we are also specifically targeted by the Devil. He doesn’t want us to understand who we are, or who we belong to. Through the testimony of Israel and the testimonies of all Believers, the Devil is reminded that Jesus is Lord, even unto the End Times.
Apply it to your life
Adrian Rogers says, “Learn your testimony! Learn who you are! And speak the Word of God.” Today, take a second to write down your testimony. Remind yourself where you’ve been and how far you’ve come. Keep your testimony somewhere you can see it remind you to share it with others.

I loved Pastor Rogers. He loved Christ so passionately. I only wish he had not been a Dispensationalist. I know he studied the word of God, but somehow he missed it on the end times. It would have so wonderful if he understood Covenant Theology and saw how throughout the Bible all of God's dealings with His people was through covenants, not dispensations, both in the old testament and also in the new under Christ. But he is with the Lord Jesus now and rejoicing in His presence! Oh what glory!

JESUS CHRIST SAID,"' HE WHO COMMITS SIN IS A SERVANT OF SIN"'. IF IT WERE NOT FOR GOD THE FATHER AND JESUS CHRIST AND THE HOLY SPIRIT NOT ONE OF US WOULD BE GOOD ENOUGH TO EVEN TIE HIS SHOES MUCH LESS ENTER HEAVEN.EVEN ADRIAN RODGERS THE SAINT THAT HE WAS ON EARTH WOULD BE ABLE TO MAKE IT IN. Have been following the series in Revelation and end time Bible prophecy. Even though we could see the storm clouds coming from a distance for the last 50 years, things have moved pretty fast in these last 10. Will you be ready?

It's now fall of 2023 and Israel is at war with Palestine again. This happens over and over again, and has since 1948 when Israel was recognized by the United Nations as a nation state. Each time fighting breaks out over there, all the prophecy teachers start saying, this is it, the rapture is going to happen any time, it's imminent. But then it doesn't happen. Wonder why that is? Could it be they got it wrong? Here's what I believe is the problem. First, I loved Pastor Rogers. He loved Christ so passionately. I only wish he had not been a Dispensationalist, because that isn't what the Bible teaches. I know he studied the word of God deeply and often, but somehow he missed it on the end times. It would have been so wonderful if he had understood Covenant Theology and saw how throughout the Bible all of God's dealings with His people was through covenants, not dispensations, both in the old testament and also in the new under Christ. I would encourage everyone to look into covenant theology. It's been such an overwhelming blessing to me, because it is more Biblical than Dispensationalism. But Dr. Rogers is with the Lord Jesus now and rejoicing in His presence! Oh what glory!

They are a lost nation just like any other lost nation group or people People from all nations must use their free will to accept or reject Christ as their saviour In order to enter heaven ye must be born again. If a person tjat is lost from any nation reject the cross / Christ that means they are not Saved ahd are on their way ri hell

Amen. That is the truth. Modern day Israel is just like any other nation on the earth and they need to hear the gospel and be saved. Dr. Rogers was a good man and loved the Lord, but he missed it on end times/prophecy. He was a Dispensationalist, which is a false system of eschatology/theology. Other ministers like John MacArthur and all the Calvary Chapel preachers are doing much harm to the Church of the Lord Jesus by leading people astray, even though they mean well. I pray the Lord begins to wake people up so they reject any and all false doctrine, be it from their favorite preacher or teacher, or anyone else. Amen.
