Sir, had one correction to make in your video. The last thing you said in this video is that only the Non-Hindus are eligible to adopt children under the JJ Act. But, in "Re: Adoption of Payal @ Sharinee Vinay Pathak & his wife Sonika Sahay 2010 (1) BomCR434" case it was held that a Hindu couple was eligible to adopt children under JJ Act provided the child is homeless, abandoned, orphaned or needs rehabilitation. For the welfare and best interest of the child, the JJ Act will prevail over the HAMA, 1956. As JJ Act is a secular legislation, it is applicable to all religious communities including Hindus (If they want to adopt orphan children). Pls correct me, if I am wrong. Thank you :)
