sir in muslim law, if a man has 2 children of 1st wife and then he did 2nd marriage and they have again 2 childerns ,later he divorse the 1st wife so what rights would be there for 1st wifes childern

They have right of inheritance of the property of their father.

Han Possible hai..lakin uske lyea aapko Juvenile Justice Act ka law ka under adoption krna hoga..Best hoga ka aap kise Orphan Centre ma jaayen

The reality behind this fatwa is that mohd. their prohpet married his own daughter in law zaynab bint jash after he saw her naked (some hadis say in transparent clothes) ..... Unfortunately the son was adopted one ....hence to fulfil the incest an ayat came down and he married her.......I request all to read the asmani kitab to understand the real face .....

U can adopt a child under the law as I have mentioned in the video.. Kindly contact with any nearest child care home for adopting a child and an advocate for the paper work

Aapko apne district ma jo adoption authority ya District Magister hai unke pass jakar adoption ka paper work krwa sakten hai..iske lyea aapka jo court hai wahan ka lawyer sa help le sakten hai paper work ka lyea..

Jab ek Muslim JJ Act ka under Jakr kise Child ko Adopt krega toh us child ke pass right hoga uski property sa inherit krne ka ..or as per Indian Succession Act wo property ko inherit krega na ki as per Muslim Law..
