Adobe Hut With Thatched Roof
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Adobe is one of the world's earliest building materials and was very commonly used in the southwest United States and throughout Mesoamerica. Adobe bricks are extremely durable and easy to make. This cinematic presentation was shot by me using one Nikon DSLR camera and edited by me in Final Cut Pro into a visually pleasing step-by-step instructional video with unique and closeup videography that brings the viewer into the moment. This video was shot over a four month period beginning in early September at the end of the dry season. Progress was slow due to me having limited free time to work on this project but I was fortunate that there was an unusual delay in the arrival of the rainy season and I finished the roof just a few days before the first big storm of the season. Enjoy this presentation and please like, subscribe and share!

Watching a man make a house out of mud is the most entertaining thing I've seen today
I love you so much Chad, just because you are simply shortlisted for being a person who loves the mother earth sincerely and generously. The level of your patience, the love behind your work, the visualization that you are having to come up with such a awesome creation is simply mesmerizing. You are teaching the world and the people out there, life is very simple if you know how to live it. Life is meaningful if you know how to understand it. I love you once again. Keep going Chad.

Me too, Chad, and have all my life. At this point I wish I had documented the journey, but was always too consumed with the doing. Your documentation is as artful as your handcraft. I don't know how you manage both at the same time. Really inspired work. Would that you reach a larger audience. You really have to care, to put so much into the sharing. I know it takes a lot of painstaking work. You promote values and sensibilities that the world needs. Carry on brother -- you're doing fine.

I remember it being so much fun! Watching you bild that house with just natural materials is simply amazing. Great job man
This series of videos is an excellent example of expert problem solving. No doubt, not everything went according to plan while making this hut. This took coordination from a man who could solve every problem thrown at him. He is a man who deserves a massive amount of respect...

People used to tell me that too. Shoes actually make your feet weak. I had been wearing sandals or going barefoot most of the time for several years. Last year I wore shoes for 6 months and I started having problems with my feet. I quickly got rid of the shoes and went back to my primitive sandals. Problem fixed!

I have flat feet due to wearing sneakers all the time. Now that I go barefoot everywhere I can they hurt much much less than when I wear shoes or sneakers. My dad told me my feet were gonna get really really big and I wasn't gonna be able to fit into my sneakers, but nah, my feet are just the same, just healthier. XP I'm glad there's more people who know the benefits of going barefoot! Thank you for making videos, too!!

this is way better than any primitive technology channel I have ever seen. Instead of just building pools and cool huts from cambodia. Instead, it's more personal and more focused on your experience surviving in the forest rather than the structure itself. That's why this video is almost an hour long. Its supposed give you a sense as to how long building something like this would actually take. You could have easily just cut it into a 10 minute video like everyone else does. But you dont, and that's what I love about this channel. Keep up the good work buddy, you truly stand out among the crowd
