The best thing about Kizaru is how he's so calm and just relaxed. Even if things look really bad, he just doesn't care, or is just in a sort of "out there" calm about it.

The reason why he is in my top 3 list of my favorite One Piece characters thus far.

Actually, Kizaru can't move his entirety at the speed of light. He needs to change whatever part of his body he wants to move, and the changing itself takes a second, since we're able to see him glow there. Rayleigh was using Haki with ever hit to stop him from changing to light, that's why he was able to fight him.

@DammedRight If I'm not mistaken it was never confirmed that Kizaru had Haki. But Enel does, it's what they called Mantra in Skypiea.

@Anonnymouskhfan Man, Haki enables a person to be able to touch Logia people and Logia objects, not to actually disable their powers. That would be Kairouseki, the mineral with sea water properties. If Rayleigh infuses Haki in a sword then with it he can damage Kizaru or his light sword, but that doesn't mean the light sword is going to vanish or break just because of contact with Haki. Remember, Haki enables to touch, not to obliterate. What destroys the enemy is how you use the Haki.

@@vistaxx According to film Red spoilers, Shanks forced Kizaru to back off using Conqueror Haki similar to what he did to Ryokugyu in the manga although his reaction is yet to be seen. Fujitora was also there and called for retreat to not harm civilians.

@JayAntiGay Honestly,at this part of the show,I kinda agree with your earlier comment. Why: Black beard now has two devil fruit powers so with both combined he could just about beat anybody. Even if Kizaru took distance,BB's tremor tremor fruit could stop him. I still think Luffy will have to be the one to beat him but how he'll do it is another question.

@kjw19stl Kaidou will probably look to fight Luffy in the New World as a matter of pride considering Luffy's is Top 3 on the Worlds Most Wanted list behind Dragon #1- Kurohige and Luffy (pick whichever one for the 2nd and 3rd spots) More importantly Luffy managed to defeat Geko Moria who is said to have fought Kaidou to a draw which might ruffle Kaidou's feathers especially with Shanks' connection to Luffy who Kaidou seems to dislike.
