Everyone, If you want CMD then choose "Windows Powershell (Admin)" it has the same features of CMD but it has been replaced on right click start menu. Also the administrator is disabled by default. If you want to enable is run the "Windows Powershell (Admin)" and type: "net user administrator /active:yes" to disable it type: "net user administrator /active:no" If you want to disable or enable a different user, then just change the user "administrator" from "net user administrator /active:yes" If you can't get it working, and you probably don't have access for it. That means your user is a limited access user.

@@DeliciousMenuChannel there is no solution on youtube just go to a shop and they will fix it What i saw them do 1st is i think they power it with safe mode and a new admin user just popped out then they fix it there in the user it has process..

If anyone is getting the "System error 5 has occurred" error try right clicking cmd before opening it and selecting run as administrator and run the command again. It's what ended up working for me.

Hi, you seem pretty knowledgeable. So, I'm trying to rename a file in the Systems folder which will not let me 'delete' it, but if I can rename it, it will be rendered useless. I'll need administrator privileges to do this, but I don't want to screw something up as I certainly could. Can you help with this? Hi I need help about one my laptop which was failed in middle of reset pc process and opened as administration . Storm Smash it is our fault of your own mistake that you caused. But if you go to google, and look for systems like NT password recovery tool or tools like it, you can re-create an administrator account again. Also for another possibly fix, try using system restore.

Just as a quick question.. what is the current operating system that the computer is? Windows 7, 8 or Windows 10? That can give me details of solutions. I know that I can fix this issue very simple. You just need windows installation disk by bypassing windows logons with utilman.exe, This gives you cmd.exe as system user that can recreate a administrator account. goo.gl/QJaz2x
