I don’t know if sandbags would hold down everything but idk I live in England and never experienced a hurricane or a tornado

I been in florida a few tiumes during storm season, its not that bad

Hiya I’ve heard it’s been raining a lot lately in England as well. Elsa is predicted to be here in the next few hours. It’s a baby Hurricane and we have everything tied down 😊 so hopefully all is good through the night.
