I'm definitely picking up this palette cuz I love blues and purples. I just don't really like those rainbow striped shades at all. I'd prefer a regular shimmer or multichrome. I love that they included a deep dark shade in this one!

That's what I did here. They aren't my fave to be honest but they do look pretty in the palette.

I'm kind of surprised over how this one works; it's kind of subtle for me, more of a summer palette if you ask me. I THOUGHT I was for sure going to get this one, now I think I'll be taking a pass.

Yeah a black would have to be brought in to really darken it up. The dark blue is good but it kinda sheers out.

I love Adept and I’m loving the matte shades but I wish they would’ve put multichromes in this palette instead of the stripe ones. All of these shimmers seem basic which is disappointing.

That purple look is so beautiful 💜 I have never tried a palette with those "3 in 1 pan" shades, but I have a highlighter like that and I don't mind it 😊 My first thought when I saw Adept do it the first time, I was thinking wuhu now we get more shades in a palette 😀 I would love to try, but Adept is out of my budget 🙈

My first palette from them was the Seahorse palette and I just fell in love from there! The Seahorse and Inspired are my favorites so far! I also love the Minka and Ninhydryn and want the Samaritan Sunset!

I loved the first look! I love Adept! My first palette was the Heather Austin one when it first released. Since then, I’ve added plain jane, minka, Ninhydrin, amunet nu, Samarian sunset, seahorse and la cienega! I want this but I may hold out because I want to grab arrow inspired before it’s gone again.

I’m going to wait on this one. I’m all for SciFi in cosmetics but I’m not a great fan of the blue to purple spectrum shadows. I do appreciate your struggles with this one. I actually thought you approached this really successfully. IMHO it seems like “the Blues” version of Natasha Denona’s Xenon. It’s a concept piece. It’s inspired and a bit insane. 💜💙

My first Adept palette was the Plain Jane. I have quite a few of the Adept palettes. I absolutely love their Shimmers! I’m loving those rainbow shimmer shade because it gives us extra colors. I would love to buy a collab palette from you, any brand would be cool.

As someone who loves blurples, this is a gorgeous palette. But bc I love blurples, I already have enough, so I will admire from afar and be inspired to use the ones I have (UE Dead of Night, UE In the Dark, Kaleidos Lunar Lavender, BH Bubblegum, Devinah single Swudge, etc.). I also would find it hard to buy a $60 palette knowing I would never use those stripey shades. This reminds me a lot of Ninhydrin, but w mattes. I'm looking fwd to the restock of Samarian Sunset tho bc those are within my neutral range. I'm still not in a rush tho, so if it sells out I can wait for another batch.

Am I the only who is getting super sick of adept putting those rainbow shades in everything these days? I straight hate them. They feel like filler shades. Adept says they are “harder to make” but are they worth the extra effort?

They don't work for me. I am lousy at swatching them and in this video I picked a stripe from each to use as an individual shade. They are pretty to look at and the formula is the same as the other shimmers, but they aren't easy for me to use if that makes sense.

The swatches I have seen people just did the standard swirl motion to pick up and when swatched they were a rainbow ish multichrome, kinda pretty. Have not touched them but not sick of them as I have only seen them in 2 so far.

Amunet was first. Minka was my fave for a long time, but then Arrow Inspired and Samarian Sunset rose to the top for me. I don’t love The Heather Austin one like everyone else. It’s good but not my fave. Ninhydrin still beats it for me. I’m most likely grabbing this one. Love the purple look.

@SteffsBeautyStash I've tried Nars, Smashbox, Natasha Denona, and Milani primer and glitter glue by Nyx, BH Cosmetics and Bella Beaute Bar. It just doesn't work. Their formula before Samaritan Sunset was fine on me. They said this will be a similar formula so It likely will be the same for me unfortunately.

Hmm. I have almost all of the Adept releases (I skipped out on the most recent rainbow pan palette). I’m not sure about this one. I’m not a fan of those rainbow pans and I have so many palettes in the purple/blue/green/pink color story.

I’m not a fan of the rainbow pan either. I think we can do without them for 2024.

I love Adept I virtually have all their pallets but I skipped on the rainbow highlighter pallet due to the rainbow eyeshadow shades and pretty much why I’ll be skipping on this I have similar shades with the exception of the rainbow shades in other palettes appreciate your view… but an easy pass.
