For those who aren’t completely geeking over this theme and don’t get the reference. Element 115 was originally first talked about by a guy who worked at S4 (part of Area 51) named Bob Lazar. I think he was talking about it back in 1989 & ended up losing his job, being deleted from existence on paper, had his entire life ruined and regularly gets raided by the FBI over nothing in efforts to try to find the “missing” element 115 that they think Bob took ( he took some and did tests of it years ago but wether or not there is any left 🤷‍♀️). Bob was one of the first who started talking about how the gov has alien tech and the people should have a right to know what’s going on at Area 51. There is a good documentary out on KZread called “Bob Lazar: Area 51 & Flying Saucers” that is really interesting. But I’m biased, I grew up in the 90’s and early 2000’s watching X-Files and my uncle lives near Roswell & I’ve had some crazy unexplainable experiences in my life so I am a big Alien / UFO geek 👽

I loved the X-Files as a teen & I've also had some really weird experiences. Definitely moreso extradimensional, but I'm fascinated by all things on that type of subject matter. 💜

@@PamelaH_HappyVibes It was. I lived vicariously through my favors KZreadrs. I window shopped a lot, putting stuff in my cart and then clicking off the website. Reminding myself that I don’t need everything and I have plenty to choose from. Been playing with what I have and working on minimizing too. I’ve broken into single shadows that I haven’t used in years and palettes that I usually don’t use (I normally use the same couple). It always felt good to not hit the order button in the end. I definitely don’t have a huge collection but it’s big enough to make whatever looks I want, minus a selection of duo or multichromes, and something like this would definitely finally fill that category. But yeah, it’s felt good to break into things I normally wouldn’t touch because I’m such a creature of habit.

Mix or wear them the way I showed them in the swatch if you like that look 💕I also have shades like that from Rainbow Raider in my video if you’d like to watch that one. I don’t like swiping on shades so I wear mine mixed but of course everyone should use their makeup how they like 💕💕

The Minka palette is my everything from Adept!!

Oh man, I wish this palette was for me. I LOVE the theme of this palette, the shade names are spot on and the packaging is awesome! But sadly the color story is disappointing for me, I was hoping it would have some alien-ish greens in it (kinda like the color of the aliens eyes in the front), all I see is all the cool winter tones that everyone is coming out with right now. Maybe it’s just me but the color story didn’t scream aliens to me.

which formula is this one? minka samarian sunset or like inspired or seahorse?

Adept said it has the same matte formula as Inspired. These also aren’t as textured as some of the ones in Minka but it should be the same as the shimmers in Samarian and the rest of their regular shimmers in other palettes including Seahorse. Hope that makes sense.

I personally feel there were way too many similar looking shades in the Seahorse. So much so that it didn’t equal in value. I think this pallet knocks the Seahorse out the water when it comes to that and the cohesiveness.

This palette is so, so dreamy! 😍😍💜💙💚🤍👽 But geeeeeez! Adept can't keep doing this. My poor wallet 🤭
