I would love to see a Viseart ranking. I recently added 3 more to my collection, so now I have 5. I'd love to hear your thoughts on them.

I definitely think a viseart ranking would be fun!! I just picked up 9 more 🫣 because I want the full collection lol

Ok, my heart hurt watching some of my faves get decluttered, and some of my wishlist and fomo palettes too! BUT I agree you have to keep what you will use, and let those beauties be loved by someone else. Thanks for sharing Katelyn! Its always interesting to see how different all of us are in our choices.

I love your decluttering system! I do the same thing. Usually I never miss the ones I put away and end up parting with them but occasionally there is one I'll put back haha.

Oh I Have the Ace Beaute Ambient palette and Melt Bailey palette on my list! I have to decide, which to get. 😮omg the Hela palette is the only OE palette I am fiending for them to bring back. I was hoping they would announce they are bringing it back when they brought back the holiday ones from last year ( that I did not want)😢 Congratulations on your sister graduating from nursing school 🎊 I just got my first Gloss Gods palette Girl on Jupiter and I am excited to use it! Simply Posh is a brand that I hope a”creates a palette calls my name-the Cozy Cabin (with the face palette) and Aurora Lights almost did. Ah! I am getting the Ace Beaute Tropical Vibes palette after my no buy. It has been in my list for awhile. Oh man, I am getting three Ensley Reign palettes midnight the day my no buy ends. I will go back to bed immediately afterwards😅 I will confess that I literally do not need any more eye shadow since I have a dragon’s hoard worth BUT I am getting those (and others😅) Omg! The Esum bundle deal was crazy good! I hope they do it again next year! Ha! Okay I won’t mention the pronunciation of the Viseart palettes (I am not the one who DM’ed you)but, I will say it means “little oven”. In the 1900s the bakers in France would throw scraps of dough in the oven as it cooled down and create the little pastries we still eat today. Maybe pair the Shroud Peach with a grungy rainbow palette like Blend Bunny Surge, Machina, Sugar and Grunge or Primal. Or a neutral one like the Prism from Lunar Beauty. Sometimes pairing palettes that you don’t think will go together will create stunning looks. I loved watching you just chat about your palettes I really enjoyed this video❤

For the Melt and Ace Beaute palettes I didn’t do a swatch comparison but based on my eyeball test they are super similar lol. Also that’s so cool to know the history behind the term 😊 Also good idea on combining Peaches & Dreams with one of the Blend Bunny palettes!!

Peaches and Dreams, as well as that lighter coloured Nomad Palette (Antilles?) might also pair well with Royal Europe maybe?

The two Theresa palettes work wonderfully together. I really hope they restock wildflower palette. I have your video going on in the background while I declutter. lol!

Omg yesterday I was looking thorugh my palettes and I had the same thought about the Heather Austin and the Triochrome palette. They are so SO PERFECT together. The Triochrome provides the perfect mattes to combine with the shimmers from adept. Glaminatrix nocturnal and Adept ninhydrin also match these vibes.

The Give me glow bad witch palette, is a condensed matte version of the blend bunny lure palette. I never realized this before.

That is a good question! If you want shifty/sparkly shimmers I think Adept Cosmetics has a great formula! I also think Ensley Reign and BellaBeauteBar have nice shifty/sparkly shimmers but theirs tend to be on the more textured side compared to a lot of Adept’s shadows. If you want the sparkle but less shiftiness I would go for Unearthly Sorcerous Smoke or Fall Magic! The sparkle on those two palettes is insane! Nomad Cosmetics Ghost Town shimmer also have quite a bit of sparkle too ☺️

I don't know if anyone mentioned this, but all the Adept palettes are magnetic and you can totally swap out stuff between them, so all the mattes you don't like? Put shimmers from the other palettes in there and consolidate 😌

I’ve thought about that but my matte shades that are magnetic from other palettes don’t fit the adept pans!

The decluttered ones were breaking my heart😂😂 some were fomo for me, but I've got tons of palettes so over 300 is enough😂😂 ok to finish

@@littlemiss131 hmm well my favorite oden’s eye palettes aren’t available anymore and neither is the Heather Austin palette so if you’re buying them secondhand I would say get whatever ones you can pay the least for! I feel like people would probably price gouge on those. Oden’s Eye mattes are better but Adept’s shimmers are unmatched so if you care more about good mattes or good shimmers that can help you decide! Oden’s Eye does usually have a good shimmer in their palettes too but collectively Adept’s shimmers are my favorite 😊
