MzRina T you can absolutely tell when an artist feels what they are singing. They can sing it a million times and never forget why they wrote it, who it is for, etc., we need more artists like Adele. They have to be out there - just to be brave like she is, fight your fears and believe in yourself. Watch her now. You would never think that she has extreme stage fright. I don't think I have seen any artist take command of the stage as she does. She speaks to the audience like they are all family & friends; which in a way they are. I hope to see her live before she decides to stop touring.

Well I'm older, now:) the music that defined my generation was the Mother of all generations 1960's and 1970's Those years were like electrically charged, I know we all were☮️ Everything was new and happening right before us, I miss that era and being young. It was so much fun, the freedom was awesome. The downside, was the Viëtnam conflict. Conflict? that term always grated on me, but I digress. Adele is great, I love her music. She's lived thru the less than perfect relationships she sings of, her hearts in them. She's so sweet☮️💕

Mmh it depends what you are searching for. After the operation she has lost a lot of the effortlessness and flexibility in belting out notes that's showcased in great early performances like this one. The tone has chance top, becoming a bit lower and sometimes rougher. Don't know if it's a change for the better, depends on your personal preference, what's sire is that some of the (brilliant, and damaging for her voice) harmonizations she once did are impossibile now, so that's an objective loss. There however is one thing that has improved, and a lot: the technique. She has much more control now, the notes much smoother.
