Received my M360 recently. Still coming to terms with it. Says it'll fit a 6'6" rider. I'm 6'4" and my legs could use a little more extension. The seat is at the minimum insertion point, and only adjusts for length, not heighth. I can ride it tho. I'd like to tone down the motor. Unlike you, I stick to trails only, and don't need speed to get to work. I have to navigate a sea of walkers spread out side by side, wirh dogs on too long of a leash, and moms with strollers that may or may not respect the "on your left" warning. In just 1st gear, PA1, I feel the motor has too much oomph. I can control it, but jeez, on PA1 it should be more gradual and less aggressive. I'll be pedaling 99% of the time anyway for the exercise. PA0 with just a little twist of the throttle for assistance when I need it up inclines and to gun it where the trail crosses a road so I don't get run the hell over, seems like the plan. Might look into if a machine shop could make me a spacer block between the seat and the bracket it mounts on with some longer bolts. Get a little more height for the seat to give my legs a better orientation. I'm 400lbs. tho. There's already enough stress on all the components of this machine, don't know that I should introduce something new.😂 Like your vids btw. I was out riding a few years ago to get my legs back in shape to go back to work after caring for my father for 20 years. Got a semi-recumbent bike and put 1000 miles on it in 5 months. It did the trick. Was able to rejoin rhe workforce, no problem. But I stopped riding when I did, got rid of the bike, and have gradually suffered for it since. Gotta get back out there. No better way to get decent exercise. Thought a trike with a little bit of help from a motor now and then would be more comfy, and it wiil be once I settle in with it. The M360 is way cooler looking too. Doesn't look like an old folks ride. More like some 20 something's dune buster.😂

Yeah, when I first got mine the power seemed to be a little excessive but now that I ride it more I don't even notice it pulling the front wheel the way that I did when I first got it. And I really like the idea of putting a spacer beneath to seat. To help bring it up a little, but I'm glad to hear your enjoying it. So far I've got over 2000 miles online now after 9 months but the odometer rolled over at 2000 mi so I only be able to keep track of it at 2,000 mi increments before I know how many miles I get on it in a year. We had a pretty bad winter around here and it's been real wet for the spring so haven't been able to get out very much and video but I have been riding it. It just doesn't do good for videoing when it's snowing and raining and the wind blowing at 100 mph. But the bike does well and all the conditions that I do ride it in but this winter I did have some trouble with it and more than 3 in of snow. But other than that she's done pretty good and hopefully I'll start getting some videos. Made the weathers getting nice enough that I can start videoing again. Enjoy your ride

After riding it a few days, it's become second nature. I decided against any seat mods. I've adapted to it. I agree as well the power becomes more manageable as I gain experience. It's at the shop now. It hasn't shifted properly from the first ride. Sluggish engagement and chain chatter once it does. Obviously something out of alignment. Derailleur appears to be bent a little. Proper alignment and indexing needed. After watching you wrestle with the tire change, I imagine you work on it yourself, as needed? I've watched plenty of "how to" cycling vids and am sure I could do the work myself, too, but I also feel it's good to establish a relationship with the local bike shop.

@@jamesstine7849 I'm glad you're really starting to get used to it now. And yeah do all my own maintenance on it. I've had to do a deregular adjustment and break adjustments but when it comes to the front hub motor that will definitely be going to the shop. I'm not willing to tackle that one. Not yet anyway. Maybe in the future

Hi Gene. Just found and subscribed to your channel. I have a question about your trike. We are in our 60’s (we are a young 60) and we have about 11 bikes in the garage, basement and back porch. We still have our bikes from the 70’s when we used them to ride to work after school. They all look as good as when we first bought them. My question is my wife bought a Pedego electric trike a few years ago and even if she was riding slow, about 5mph, it always wanted to tip over when making a turn, ( not even a sharp turn) one of the back wheels would lift off the ground. Your trike seems more stable. I saw in your video that your rear wheel was lifting off the ground when you were coming down the hill, I figured you were just messing around. I know trikes will do that, but just wondering if your trike is stable in the turns? If the weather clears up, we are headed to a dealer in Lancaster Pa. to test ride one today. Sorry about the long story. Keep riding! Greetings from Palmyra NJ.

Well good morning and thanks for the subscribing to my channel. Yes this goes up on the two wheels just like any other three-wheeler it just a lot more stable about going up on to two wheels when you go into the corners but it's a lot more stable on two wheels than a regular three wheeler due to the long wheel base. I can put it up on the two wheels in a straight away and keep it up on to two wheels and just ride it. That way you do have to get used to the way it feels up on two wheels. But this is a lot more stable than any other three wheeler I have been on. And I am like you almost 60. I am 58 and had a heart attack and have balance issues now. So that's the reason why I switched over to a 3-wheeler. I used to ride mountain bikes but those are had to go after the heart attack I have a video that I made where I show you how easy this bike is to go up on the two wheels in a little short video where I'm at an elementary. It's like a three or four minute video that I put up. If you look through all my videos you should be able to find it and I planned on making another one now that the weather is finally cleared up here and I've got quite a few new subscribers in the last 2 months that I have not been able to go out and ride due to weather
