    Tina,thanks for sharing. Do you have any advice for doing color fill on raised letters without getting the color fill into the grooves and crevices?

    Once the Stone fill dries on glass is it permanent? Meaning can the Stone Fill be put on a wine glass and allowed to dry and be washable?

    OK, understand StoneFILL is only for wall hangers, not dishwasher safe. But, can I apply CerMark paint to existing lazer etched wine glasses that I already have to give it a pop and it'll be dishwasher safe?

    Can you used Stone Fill or CerMar Tile on glass or Mirror that been etch with Etching Cream?

    Yes. The Stone Color Fill will work on a mirror that has been marked, you would just need to be careful of your settings as you do need to get a good engraving depth in order for the Color Fill to seep into and attach. Stone Color Fill is intended for everyday decorating, where the CerMark Tile & Glass is more permanent. You would want to use Color Fill for a wall hanging, while you would want to use CerMark Tile & Glass on something like a wine glass or plate. I hope this answers your question. -Kerrie

    Does acrylic paint work too??

    Michele, Stone Fill works well on glass, but not for washing. The best treatment for glass/crystal is to use CerMark Tile & Glass Marking Solution. It comes in black, blue and bronze. It is also dishwasher safe.

    This is correct. Pro Color Fill and Stone Color Fill are not permanent and are only intended for decorative use. CerMark is permanent. You would apply the CerMark, laser engrave your text or design, then wash off the remaining material not engraved. The heat from the laser helps the CerMark to bond to your substrate. That would be dishwasher safe, yes.

    do you use any liquid when you wipe it off?

    You should not need to no. But, if it does dry before you are able to wipe off the residue, you can use a damp cloth. Be careful to not saturate the color fill in your engraving.

    Will this product work for sand blast etched items?

  • @LaserUniversity

    @LaserUniversity

    +kenbad Hello, it has not been tested for that, but my guess is yes. It works on any laser engraved items that are essentially etched - stone, granite, marble, glass, crystal, ceramic tiles, etc.

    Thanks for replying :) might have to grab some and try it, I usually leave my blast mask on and lightly spray paint two or three coats before removing the mask. Not very dependable as the paint wants to soak under the mask if I get it a little too heavy at once and then it's hard to clean off. The other issue is once I have removed the mask it is no very difficult to touch up and fix. This method looks way more forgiving :)
