Awesome tutorial video. I'm starting a new hobby engraving with a cnc laser and I was hoping to find a way to engrave round objects like this without shelling out another $100 on a specialized holder. Perfect 👍

I understand that giving away your how too, would be too much, however it would be helpful if you could share the speed and power runs using this material. Otherwise it makes no sense to me to realize this is the masking I am looking for or not? Sorry if I am asking too much but it would be very helpful. Tnx!

Not too much on fills, You spend 90% of the time in Draw and how to export jpgs: which I don't need. I need to know how to do the actual "FILL", not about general JPG use or other things.

This isn't a "glue" it's a solvent and this is the worst possible instruction on how to apply it. Absolutely do not lift or tilt the top piece, the solvent will seep into the joint with capillary action as its water-thin. You simply align your two pieces and apply with a needle applicator at the seam of the two pieces pulling towards you along the seam being careful not to apply too much but enough so that it seeps into the joint and penetrates all the way across which is easy to see with clear acrylic.

If you raster first and then tape before vector cutting, the tape will help remove the engraving dust from the surface. I squeegee the tape to the surface of the plastic. If you have air bubbles in the path of the cut, the surface will get stained.

The settings you gave are very specific, no consideration for the various power lasers people may be using. 100% power on a 100 watt Lazer would differ to a 15watt laser. Speeds and power need to be altered depending on the laser you have and you results you want. The spray paint doesn't need to be the specific one you used either. Sorry for being so critical but as a teaching video it needs to provide better information.
