Awesome. Just what I was looking for. Quick, simple, easy... and forgiving. If I screw up, it's no big deal and I can just start over. If I wear it out, it's not a problem to redo. Thank you.

BTW, for you viewers, I am a great fan of GIBow for many reasons. It is a good product at a good price, made in America and made by a Vet. I've bought a few as gifts to family members. Now am looking for cow horns to tip my latest purchase, their English Longbow! No, he didn't pay me for this, I just really believe in the product and company.

This method will work but won't work like stitching the grip. This method works for a range bow but a hunting bow will need a stronger grip. You can use an awl and a large square of leather, put stitch holes on opposite sides and then cross stitch like a shoelace. Then tie it off and tuck it under the wrap with the awl

Richard, Nope, no problem with tape sliding around.... try it out one a broomstick for practice, and you will see it is very secure. Obviously if you wrap it to loose, then it might slide, but with just a little bit of pressure, no problems.

You don't have trouble with the tape sliding around the handle?
