Excellent presentation, Dr Snipes! This helped me understand drug addiction on a deeper level which I've desperately been searching for since losing my youngest son to a drug overdose. He tried for years and years to overcome it without success. I won't ever get over this, my baby is gone. I am so very thankful for you. I hope I can join your channel someday soon. Thank you!

Coming from LOVE and understanding about pain of all kinds is soooo important for poor people who are hurting. This video addresses exactly what people need to work on, even long after they maybe have given up and allowed themselves to slide into addiction to get some relief. Their challenges have been too great... 💌and here come an understanding ear and voice to tell them that things can be okay again and to keep trying as best they can with the right help. Hope comes marching back in.🥊 When we help in this "smart" way, be are improving the human condition!

But also, I don’t have a smart watch, it’s been something I’ve wanted for a while, just just hasn’t happened yet… with that being said, I don’t think there’s a way for any phone apps to monitor sleep patterns. Unless anyone knows one that does somehow monitor one’s sleep??? I definitely need that because I know I don’t get adequate sleep because I’m always waking up tired and feeling like I’ve run a triathlon.

@@DocSnipes honestly, I’ve already overcome so much and healed so much, inside and out. I went from completely incapacitated and unable to work because of a multitude of debilitating autoimmune immune diseases symptoms… to returning to work full time in my nursing career. My symptoms from the various autoimmune diseases have been in remission… or as I prefer to say (instead of remission)… completely gone with most of the symptoms I previously suffered from, and incredibly minimal and very manageable with other symptoms. I do not let myself think about returning to that previous state because I redirect my thoughts and maintain a certain mindset. I’ve worked with lots of very good therapists, completely overhauled my life with who I allow access to me (aka had to cut off a lot of people, primarily family), I’m very careful about what I’m watching and listening to, even down to music and tv to make sure I’m not feeding myself potential negativities like before. I’ve divulged myself into metaphysical and holistic healing modalities, studying them and practicing them. For the past year now I’ve been on my way to becoming a practitioner myself, of several of the same metaphysical and holistic modalities that I got so much life changing healing from. I never stop learning, and I never stop watching/ reading content on certain topics… because every day is yet another day of learning and opportunity to discover new things and ways of growth, wellness and betterment for myself. And I love to pass on whatever I learn to others as well, whenever the occasion arises. I am not the same person I was even 6 months ago and definitely not the same person I was 2.5 years ago when I was at my absolute worst and most debilitated, when I was so close to giving up and succumbing to the diseases and my family, but I sure am glad that I said enough is enough and decided instead to finally live for myself instead of everyone else and took the nosedive plunge to fight for myself, stand up for myself, advocate for myself, and never look back.
