With all the Beskar you are collecting you need to recreate the carrier/holder from the Mandalorian!

1:34 TOTAL kid on Christmas morning look!! I LOVE IT!!! Thank you Mr. Savage for sharing!
The joy in Adam’s face never disappoints.
The sense of wonderment on Adam’s face just adds to the enjoyment of the video.

🤔 time to make money!!
you know it's a real reaction when Adam did his absolute best not to curse.
next video: Adam Savage's forging beskar armor :D
Cool as heck!! BTW, ingots are stacked and stored 'upside down' so that the 'lip' created by the draft helps you pick them up (i.e. upside down to all the 'Hollywood' shots of gold bullion).
@scottwpilgrim

So anytime a stack of ingots is stored lip down is wrong? Woah. How does Hollywood get it so wrong?
Always nice when a friend or anybody for that matter is thinking about you and wants to make you smile...
Awesome! So glad to see he opened them without reading the subject of the video first so the surprise wasn't spoiled. ;)
Thanks for being my creative inspiration Adam. Thank you for sharing with us.
2:50 Since the difference in density between steel and bronze is only about 8%, that is pretty amazing...
Thomas's castings are just amazing. I'm particularly fond of the 3D maps. Just amazing.
Right on! 👍 Those are sweet! Yes Bronze!! 😃✨💫
Adam: Christmas came a little late Kenobi: or early... from a certain point of view
1:34 that smile 😎 pretty sure that's when he figured out it was baskar lol
i miss mythbusters purely for watching adam geek out. that was always my fave part. seeing adam or the build team (jamie rarely showed his enthusiasm outwardly) get so psyched about a myth and just be reduced to a state of childlike wonderment
Those are beautiful pieces!
Nice, always enjoy it when you work with props from iconic movies and TV.
Love those. Thanks for sharing.
Wow🔥 They looked totally awesome!
Holy crap they rock well done thanks for sharing
That is so totally awesome. They are so totally awesome looking.
They are beautiful
Those close ups DEFFO made them shine! Love it
New year's doing pretty well so far, save for (of course) COVID and the wait for a vax appointment. Got a new tool! Leather strap cutter; store closures had just about convinced me to make my own, but lo and behold, the local Tandy store has opened back up!. What with local virus cases on the catastrophic rise, it might shut down again soon, but I finally have my own strapcutter! I keep wanting to just make a bunch of straps, who cares what for (lol).
I Love Adams genuine smile! I have spoken.
I am a bit behind the Star Wars world. Truth is I never got on that train. I had to look it up at Wookieepedia Beskar, also known as Mandalorian iron, was an alloy used in Mandalorian armor, notable for its high tolerance to extreme forms of damage. The metal was durable enough to withstand a direct blaster shot and could repel lightsaber strikes.
Can't wait until Adam starts to forge armor parts 😁
Okay bronze weapons can be extremely beautiful. Could you imagine an ancient mandalorian bronze weapon? I want beskar bronze to be a canon material (idk if it's in legends). Maybe not as different from beskar steel as real world bronzes are to real world steels but holy crap what a wonderful gift those ingots are beautiful.

I'll bet you don't need to imagine. The Greeks used bronze in armor and weapons. There's probably still some to be found in museums.
@Epicmonk117

That would probably be beskar plated with bronze, since beskar’s crazy properties require it to be pure
I have the very same folding utility knife. It fits perfectly in the watch pocket of my jeans. Great maker minds, utility knife alike.
@leonidasnoble6939

Guy K, It's the small knife Adam uses early on in the video. It comes in a pack with a multitool and a larger folding utility knife. I got it as a last-minute Christmas gift from my aunt. I think you can find the packs at Lowe's. I see those small utility knives used in a lot of EDC's. So they must be easy to find.
The weight is cool. I was going to have a titanium wedding band but it was so light, I have a tungsten band and I love the weight, I'm with you on that feel for objects.
Sweet. Seeing those it makes me miss working in the foundry.
That is a GOOOOOD noise when they land on the table!!!!!!
Hell's bells margret... sounds like a good deal to me......my new favorite saying of 2021!!!!
Wooow! They're beautiful!
God I wish I had just one of those! So cool!
That's just cool. Experience-collectibles are the best.
If someone would present me a gift with the note: "To open it infront of a camera because it will certainly blow my mind" ... i´d call a bombsquad...
You have some amazing gift-giving friends.
Ladies and gentle creatures, that is joy.
Oooh, you have got to make the cloth it was revealed in in the Mandalorian!
This would be an awesome chocolate design
So fun, thanks again
Adam your the first person I've heard say "hell's bells" outside the Dresden files.
2:30 "It's really hard to communicate to you just how heavy they are." You know Adam, there's a tool for that...;)
It would have been a nice ST-TNG/SW-M cross-over if O’Brien delivered the Beskar through the transporter...
I'm currently making my own lightsaber as a home project but I've bought a budget saber and going to add things to it to make it my own saber, I'd love to see a vid of you making this so see how you might do it yourself!
Like to see those as pattern welded.
These look really great. Now for real gold!
Adam has a "measuring" tattoo... a bit confused, but I use elbow to finger tip (18 inches) as a cubit :) :) :) Great for cutting wood.
It is far past time to build the ice cream maker to hold all this Beskar
Alec Steele went the whole 9 yards and forged an ingot out of acid eched Damascus steel creating a pattern that was in the steel not just drawn on. He then hand engraved a stamp, hardened it and pressed into the ingot with a hydraulic press while it was still red hot. Eat your hearts out RPF.😉
Back with a banger
Now Adam is going to start collecting/making Beskar made from different material... and I'm ok with that
That's awesome!
Fantastic!
Holy $130 a piece bronze beauty 😍
Wow this made me happy! So cool buddy 🤌
Attempted to purchase a couple on the aluminum ingots after the last Beskar video, but they got 'Adam bombed' and were sold out. On a waiting list for the next run.
Someone has to make a real damascus beskar for Adam now.
I hypothesize that Adam's shirt is really a reminder to himself of a passcode. From his perspective, he reads: 3 9 down up down 5

I just noticed, Adam loves snapple hahahaha
Now I'm imagining a Beskar weighted Sap. TWHAP and that's all she wrote.
Hey Adam. I have that exact same knife!! I use it everyday!
I'd like to see the molds used to form those.
This is the way!!
Amazing
Adam you need to watch dave @ EEVblog on how to open mailbag items 😉
Just as a heads up, the )! at the end of the link to O'Brien's shop in the description makes the link not work. If you could edit it to add a space at the end of the URL everything should work fine. Thank you for the awesome content.
the finest paperweights in the galaxy!
Maybe Christmas didn't come late, maybe it came really really really early.
That scared me - I thought I entered an alternative timeline - NEW YEARS EVE.
Adam, what was the utility blade you used in this video?
I foresee a future ODB of Adam making a Camtono to showcase those.
I wanna know how these were made! The pattern is all around and not just on one side. So it wasn't just poured into a mold that had the pattern on the bottom.
I’m going to need a camtono of these immediately!
You can't see but I'm waving my hand in front of the screen and commanding "you will sell me one of those."

Would love go see you make a full mando suit .
You definitely need to make the beskar container now.
Idea for a odb is one of those “buckets” seen in mandalorean, i forget the name.... then fill it with your different beskar specimens
Someone certainly didn't skimp on the "priority mail" labels
I've got some bronze ingots of the approximate same size. Heavy indeed. So, now that there's a sizable Beskar set, when's the box coming?
Ahh i love heavy metal
Check out Alec Steele's Bescar made out of Damascus steel
I have an old friend who worked for Lytro! I wonder if your friend knows my friend.... probably. Seems like a small world in the Bay Area sometimes.
I'd like to purchase one of these if they are selling them anywhere

...Corredor crew has ,what I think, the better version of the ending of the second season. They just posted it today, you should check it out.
HOW FRICKING COOL!!!
Adam now you have to build a lighted display case for your office. One day build episode.
I really enjoyed this Diet Snapple commercial
This video was a shot of dopamine for me rn
I want to get a Damascus steel ingot like this.
