In those conditions it was almost impossible to fall... The same for me on 8c+: because I can't even start it! 😅

I usually play these videos while I’m doing something else…however i never get my task done and always end up zoning completely in on the video because of how purely AWSOME Adam is 🤩🔥

Same here. Watching all others failing on the egg shaped volumes and before, then Adam comes and pass it like it s nothing, you feel that he's on another level of climbing !

@@360starcraft Joseph is right. Ondra climbed the dawn wall, the hardest big wall in the world. And he has climbed the hardest boulders as well. He is the best all around rock climber to live, as well as the best sport climber.

His go-to shoe is La Sportiva Solution. Usually the shoe he has in IFSC and on-sight climbing. It is imho the best climbing shoe in the world. I think alex honnold, ondra, tommy caldwell et.c would agree.

Normal people: I spent couple weeks practicing for a comp and I did better than I thought. I deserve a few days of rest. Adam Ondra: I spent few months practicing for top level competition, and I literally won the whole thing by topping the final wall. I deserve some hard ass rock climbing.

I think it's also genetics why slovenians are so good at climbing

There's got to be one guy that tries these routes out to make sure they are actually possible right?

Yeah...it's called not covering up the bolts with slippery holds. The did better during the finals, but it happened again, but this time for the women. It didn't affect her rating though, since it's not a DQ. You get scored where you screw up. You can also screw up by using the edge of the wall wrong (maybe they should extend it?). Adam just happened to step on the bolt early as he was running up the wall 2x faster than anybody else.
