Being original in a cookie-cutter society takes courage. So take the plunge and don't die with your music still in you.
Some of his comments remind me of this quote: “If everyone is thinking alike then someone isn’t thinking.” - George S. Patton This goes along with the idea he discuss near the end of “find ideas to kill the company.” That’s a standard approach to military war games called “red cell.”

I stopped watching when he put all of middle managers in the same bucket. What a cliché! Not the only thing that turned me away 😉
