If you car have less than 50k and you find this problem it should be the gas cap need a good clean and all the area around it fix my make sure there is not dirt Acura iLX 2019 here

Thank you for the flow test, wouldn't the PCM monitor the MAP sensor to see if engine vacuum changes when the Purge Valve is commanded on, if there is no or a small amount of MAP change then it can set a code for low or no flow? If you have a chance in the future to diagnose this valve, can you give this a try via your scan data and bi-direction control, thanks again.

So was that the emissions problem? I like how you really did your best to find the problem and how you fixed it. The kind of mechanic you really want to hire!

I cleared the code. If you have catalytic converter efficiency codes you may need to replace the catalytic converters

For this particular code there should be no other issues

Acura dealer in sunrise Florida rapped me off. Told me I had put bad gas that contained water. Flush the entire system, changed the catalyzer 1 and 2 . $9000 job. 2 days after repair the same light came on. They did not want to help , the manager was nasty about my issue after spending $9000 to their business. Don’t go there , they are thieves

Use the fuel injection cleaner and I promise you, all that would e fixed. FIC cleans the emission system

You have a part number for that? I need one, emissions problem on my 14 MDX just came on today. Tapped on it and code went away

I also have 2014 MDX. Have you had the issue of all warning lights illuminated and erratic hard shifting?

I got the Throttle Body replacement! The Diagnostic came back that the Throttle Body is being failed!

Purge valve

I have a 2006 acura RL.. an it says emissions problem. My engine light is blinking. An it's a clanking ticking noise coming from. Somewhere.. oPLEASE HELP. it has 216000 miles on it...
