He's been able to speak English for a while. They just don't do it during live interviews because English is secondary language and he doesn't want to make a mistake or misinterpretation.

I really appreciate Ronald learning English so well. He deserves so much respect from the fans for that. Great job Ronnie!

One video per week is literally what they're doing now so it's not like you're asking them to do any different. But not with a team who is focused on winning it all they absolutely don't need nor want any extra distractions outside of their obligated interviews. If it was a team like the A's who aren't winning anything then sure. The Braves winning on the field will be entertaining enough.

I'd say it's "way better" than 3 years ago but he didn't just get that much better in one year. Rather he got to the point where he was comfortable enough to say more in English but last year half the time he would answer questions before Franco translated.
