I don't hate him and I don't really care about him. I just hate the concept of him. A man who makes money by slowly killing himself, a man who chooses to be disgusting and self-deprecating on camera to make more bucks. It's really sad.

Buddy, I feel commonality with you. I was obese for 25 years. At 285lbs my BMI was also at 37, bordering on morbid obesity. 5 years ago I changed my life and dropped 70lbs of fat. Today I am a solid 225lbs having put on roughly 10lbs of muscle along the way. I did so at 56 years old. It is possible. The younger you are the easier it will be to change. All the best.

My parents are not from the US, and I’m born from the US, and I have both visions. Yes sometimes I think of America as big 400 pound people holding burgers and guns with their massive diesel pick up trucks, costing an arm and a leg in gas every month. Even though I've just gotten serious on my weight-loss and dieting, watching this makes me regret the portions of food I'd order just for myself from McDonalds sad part I can't even stop myself

american here! can confirm that our portion sizes at restaurants are HUGE! one local restaurant in particular, an order of chicken tenders with 2 sides of fries overflows a plate thats almost the size of my arm.

Nicocado Avocado is the most representable example that eating disorders have a deep psychological root and are just one sympton. If you're binging, starving or vomiting, you don't primarily have a food problem, you have a life problem. And that's the point and a literal quote from the Netflix show "Insatiable", which they wanted to make JUST TO GET CANCELED by some US American Karens without any experiences of real eating disorders.. This show helped me through everything the protagonist Patty Bladell went through too. Still my comfort show.

I cannot even watch his videos without feeling squeamish. Nice to see you put some humor in this although the km measurements is horrifying

I used to hate myself for being overweight (I'm like 270 lbs), but after seeing what Nikocado looks like now, I actually feel skinny compared to him.

Sometimes i feel sad because now i gained weight due to not taking enough care of my body, but when i watch on tv/internet stuff about morbidly obese people i feel weird, because that's not stopping to take care, hell it's not even trying to destroy yourself! that's on another whole level

Depending on height that's still >40 bmi I'm overweight myself so here's some dietary tips that may or may not help: -a lot of calories you intake are also liquid, so be careful about for instance consuming too much olive oil which is very calorie dense despite being healthy -if you like salty things pickles & olives are good snacking options. An olive medly with some bread and cheese can be delicious (though obviously use bread & cheese sparingly and use less calorie dense options) -baked onions and roasted peppers are surprisingly good just by themselves and maybe a little salt, and you probably burn more calories throwing them in the oven than you gain from eating them -generally, some good advice is find vegetables you like and try to eat them more because they're like the best food group for satiation vs. calories. One recipe I liked is steaming brussel sprouts then cooking them on a stove top w/chicken bouillon stock and some red pepper flakes -for a dessert nonfat Greek yogurt is a good option. Get the unflavored ones, add some sugar & cinnamon. You specifically want Greek because it has higher protein content which makes it more satiating. The downside to this is Greek yogurt can be kind of expensive Hope some of this helped give some ideas for diet

I relate to a lot of these people. I have been from borderline anorexic (48kg), to obese (82kg). Eating disorders are horrible man, my relationship with food still sucks. I'll go weeks without eating basically anything, and then binge. These kind of videos really help me laugh at my ed and feel better about myself. Keep it up!❤️

Good tip that helped me out, cut out most of your bread, rice, and starches. You'll get what you need from what little you eat, and when you eat more than usual your body won't hold onto as much in the form of fat.

i was happely eating my noodles, i stumbled up on your video and oh god that was the biggest mistake ive done, a few minutes in i busted out laughing, noodles still in my mouth,i almost chocked, somehow it even got to my nose, i was running to the toilet to get it out of my nose, ive been there for five minutes as the spice is burning my troath and nose, after a few momments i finaly get it all out (probably)
