I love how Action has a genuine culinary and gastronomic appreciation for cooking. Image-wise people be putt off but once he gets in there you know he's for real.

That was one of the best episodes of any food show I have ever watched. Even just hearing about and looking at that beautiful food was an experience. Bronson is very blunt, but he is still respectful and real enough to make it endearing and funny.
