Absolutely stunning video! Great views! Despite living in Austin, I fly to and through Atlanta a lot, and it was nice to see both of those familiar airports featured in your video. Hope you enjoyed your flight and had a great time traveling. Very incredible video!

Because the Chinese government is working on a way to make highspeed train travel between continental travel. Something no one in the United States of America wouldn't have even thought of. The English channel Chunnel bullet system travels beneath the English channel conecting France and England. This was a modern technological advancement and to this day is considered to be an engineering marvel. This would be great if someone could actually pull it off. I thought of you today when i heard the news saying people were stranded at Philadelphia international airport. Most were traveling right here in the United States.....

Hello Konestar, it seems rather strange that you did not receive a cup of Coffee with your breakfast in the morning. I do wonder if you asked for a cup of Coffee or did the member of staff apologised in advance informing everyone that there would not be any Coffee service due to either a lack of supplies or a malfunction. There wasn’t any mention of a beverage service during breakfast. Normally they bring the cart through for drinks before food is handed out, but nothing like it came. I too wonder if there was some sort of malfunction with the coffee maker, but who knows. Anyways, I appreciate the best wishes, and send the same back to you!

great video. I will be taking that route in august. How was the recline. How many people were wearing masks

The recline was okay. It’s a little farther than regular seating, but not by much. As for masks, not many people were wearing them as Covid has pretty much ended.

I definitely need to try a long-haul flight on Delta from JFK. Their in-flight services is, what I hear, to be really great

Delta is definitely one of the better long haul carriers. Their cabin crew are always accommodating, and the in flight service is great.

Did the seats in the middle section beside you (C, D, and E) also have additional legroom?

Flew this seat on LHR Seattle and it was good! Only complaint is the bathroom congregation

Yeah that tends to be an issue with the exit row, although I didn’t notice it too much on this particular flight.

Now that you mention it, I don’t think there was? It’s entirely possible it was during the time I was asleep, but it’d be weird to have a service in the middle of the night.

Yes, there is a snack basket selections** set up in the galleys [between meals], available throughout the flight. Complimentary drinks are available anytime. Greetings from DTW based F/A.❤ ** chips, cheese & crackers, cookies, candy bars.

No coffee. Id say this was the final straw for me and Delta but in all honesty that back was broken some time ago.

I personally don’t have any problems with Delta. They’ve been my go to carrier for many years, but that’s been helped by having reasons to fly to both LA and ATL, two of delta’s major hubs. From my own personal experience, I think delta is easily above the other two major US carriers, both in route location and service quality. Granted, I understand that experiences vary drastically from person to person, and all it takes is one bad one to really ruin it.

My favorite has to be the 787-9. I grew up right as the 787 was under development, so I really have a soft spot for it.

Weird how despite being a widebody, the 767 only fits one more seat abreast than a 757.

They’re going to fly them until 2030, when they’ll be upgraded to Dreamliners

The 767s were updated and upgraded to feel like new, they're a good reliable plane that doesn't need to be taken out of service because of common engine issues
