Hey guy- Doing an approach drive up to the turnoff then up street with some panning to other properties would give some perspective to potential buyers. Lifting the view up from the ground and doing a 360 panorama from near the front, center, then rear of lot would be good too. Also, unclear if lot tilted/sloping or if that was a camera illusion from being held at an angle. Sidebar and perhaps outside your legal zone is ballpark on costs for installing/drilling septic/well systems in the area since required to live on land.

Yes, there are many experts available to drill your well, do a perc test and install your septic system. Same with solar. I have some on my website under the "Property Resources" tab. MountainValleyLand.com or you can also Google these pros.

One.. it's a tinderbox waiting to be burned two tweakers are around that area ....three ...illegal pot farmers .....four ....well will cost at least twenty k septic 15k...........good luck I live off grid east of there at 6300ft .

You have to drill a well for water.

Before one gets into buying vacant land it seems u av unknown squatters on ur plot and in California laws will be difficult to evict so the low pricing I assume ???

There are no squatters on the land. It is priced right. 3 acre of unimproved land with no power. Land is cheapish here in Shasta County compared to most parts of CA especially if you go south.
