@nehaparashar4205 I was so panicked about surgery. until the last moment, mentally was not ready for it, God's grace went through good, and the doctor advised me not to bear weight and 0 degree flexibility. Hopefully, from next month, they will start physiotherapy.

.. Mera acl and meniscus repair hoke 21 days ho gaya.. Abhi bhi Knee mei swelling zyadha hei.. Ice bag at a time kitne minutes tak rakh sakte hei
