I tried to purchase from them. What a fiasco! I received an email from them where they had shipped my order to the wrong address. I responded within 7 days, as the original email was in my spam filter because they sent the email to the wrong email address as well. When I responded they refused to reship the order and Tom told me I was in the wrong. Then they refunded PART of the purchase price. I asked again for them to reship the order and I would pay the additional shipping. Tom told me I need to get my information changed and then I could reorder. I complained about the poor customer service and Tom said they had over 6,000 orders in 1 1/2 years and they did not want me to reorder. Now that's customer service for you. With that kind of attitude, I don't expect they will be around long.

Thank You Shawn, I figured if I was going to do a review it has to be in real time for at least the review product. it made the video long but it seemed to go fast for me when I watched it, hope it has for everyone else as well.
Great review and demo Doug!! It’s absolutely my favorite finish I have ever used. I used to use shine juice over it but I now only use the paste because I love the semi gloss finish. I’m already on my second order of 8oz pastes because I can’t get enough of the stuff. Can’t wait for the resin pastes too!

I saw your first video where you used these products, and was pleasantly surprised with the finish achieved. I ordered some, and Mrs. Ann was very prompt with a confirmation email, she answered all my questions, and I had the products within a few days. @@PohlBarnProductions I agree! Subsequent use has convinced me I like the abrasive paste very well. If I use the finish paste, it seems to work best if I buff the finish out/off as much possible before applying layers of friction polish. I expect the filling of micro surface roughness makes it even more smooth. The end result is a great looking and durable finish! Thanks for the great vids!

Bought some of the Ack's Sanding/Polish paste. Used it on a resin bowl I'd had trouble finishing. It did a superb job even though it's supposed to be for wood. I have some of ACK's but haven't tried it yet so your review is very timely and useful. It seemed to me that as you were putting on the wax finish the shine came to it's maximum at about 500 RPM then diminished when you continued on to 1020 RPM. Then the shine juice really brought the gloss to a peak. Thanks for sharing from Marietta, GA.

Thank You Glen, it's the oils that are shinny in the polish, you have to remove the oils, but the wax stays behind,

@@PohlBarnProductions Yes it's Tim. That stuff looks promising, but still being in the learning phase, I am going with the cheapest possible items, thus the homemade abrasive polish for the cost of 1 container I can make about 10 gallons of homemade, so for now I'm sticking with it. One day, I'll be good like you and so many others and might even make some money off what I turn then I can invest more. For now though, just buying the tools is taking a toll.

Mr. Pohl That's a great finish !.. .I was thinking about using an abrasive type of finishing and looked at Yorkshire grits .... Just was not sure ..... I caught this video and will try Ack's , and since it is made in USA .... As you were applying , I can see your bowl shining up nicely and quickly and noticed you were not applying to much pressure at all . I to like a shiny finish , I have tried different ways and got great shines but usually took longer than I like . thanks for the video . keep on turning from Massachusetts , North shore

will do, I need to figure out speeds so we don't burn it up, I tested it on another project, I did sand the scratches out of it first but even the side I tested it on that wasn't sanded it made a big difference with just the first part, the finished piece looked like glass, one of those souvenir you get from a place with something embedded in the block of resin
