എനിക്ക് 2 year മുൻപാണ് ഈ അവസ്ഥ ആദ്യമായി വന്നത്.... നെഞ്ചിൽ കെട്ടി കിടക്കുന്ന പോലെ....കൂടെ പേടിയും തളർച്ചയുമൊക്കെ...dr kanichu... endoscopy ചെയ്തു.... നെഞ്ചിൽ ഗ്യാസ് കെട്ടി നിക്കുവാന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു.... heavy ആയിട്ടുള്ള കുറെ മരുന്ന് കഴിച്ചു.... അതൊക്കെ കഴിക്കുമ്പോ മാറി.... നിർത്തിയപ്പോ വീണ്ടും വന്നു.... പിന്നീട് ഫുഡ് കൺട്രോൾ ചെയ്തപ്പോ കുറെ ഒക്കെ റെഡിയായി..... പക്ഷേ ഇപ്പോളും ഇടക്ക് വരുന്നു..... ഫുഡ് time തെറ്റാൻ പാടില്ല... അപ്പോ വരും... വല്ലാത്ത വയറു കാളിച്ചയും😢....
