    @@Producelikeapro 😆 We all have to start somewhere.. Seriously though, I found a pick works best when recording bass for 3 reasons: *Consistency *Fidelity/Attack *It sounds more like a guitar (the best instrument).

    There are great amp similators and Cabinet IRs you can use pretty inexpensively and create similar tones. It's more about the techniques and the mindset than about the gear!

    The principles in these clips are pretty universal. You don’t need hardware. With stock plugins and these techniques and signal chains, you can get great sounds. 😊
