I am a Pakistani with only 3 months of experience after completing my house job last year. I have passed the MRCS and will be applying for GMC registration shortly. Any medicolegal issues if an experienced img with no prior NHS experience join a middle or sas grade directly in general surgery? What should be taken care while accepting such a job and during initial period?

for MRCS its not required , however for GMC registration after passing exam its required
