It was for me too dude.

Making a stable $80k a year W2 in manufacturing customer support but don't like my job or managing people. Don't like being stuck behind a desk. Also sole provider for my family. I have an interview coming up for a Roofing sales job my gut is saying do it and Feeling confident I can do it. but man is it scary!

@@pgminnesota8538 I honestly decided against it. so many other sales jobs out there that are offering base salaries with commission/bonus structures. And in the manufacturing world that I have myself in those base salaries range from $75-150k depending on experience. So I am just staying put but looking for another manufacturing company to work for that I like more. Ultimately I don't think Roofing sales are the way to go unless you have a steady savings or dual incomes. or don't have a family and just yourself.
