Pixy and PJ engage in a heated discussion about justifiability of such actions. Soon thereafter, the Belkans abandon the city but not before shooting down the Allied bombers. From this point onward, the Belkans resort to scorched earth tactics to prevent their advanced technologies from falling into the enemy hands.
