This was fantastic! Thank you! I just finished reading, George Mason Law Review: Equality on What Basis? Evaluating Title IX’s Requirements in the Transgender Context by Seth Lucas. Title 9, as it is written today, is based on sex stereotyping (gender identity) versus based on sex (immutable and binary) as it was written originally, and is unlawful as practiced today. Biden must correct this, and declare sex biological, as the UK/NHS has. Sex matters in life and law.

words are sounds that convey a meaning ....we give the word it's meaning words have no power of their own ......changing words changes their meaning ....gender means the same thing as sex but the word gender has been co-opted into it's own adulterated meaning ...biology of men & women is different & it beggars belief that sex deniers can say there is no difference

This isn’t trans exclusionary it’s female inclusionary. No one ever said trans people shouldn’t be in sport competition, however they deserve an additional category so that sport competition may be fair for all who participate. Listen to the information before assuming.

@TheSupergerbil12 they don't need their own category. We already have male and female teams. No need to reinvent the wheel for a few crybaby males who don't like the word NO.

Nothing is more inclusionary than requiring every athlete to compete in the category that their biology and drug use requires. Women are certainly not feeling included in powerlifting in Canada where they could never hope to beat a relatively strong man.

The fact that you think that excluding biological males from women's sport is a bad thing is completely deluded and tragic.
