Ngl the one at 1:30 is kinda bad luck, kinda the fact the Audi is going too fast, and honestly the fault of the orange car for tailgating and turning without seeing if it’s actually clear

@@Bova-FettI feel like this accident could've been avoided if Audi was more patient and if the orange car paid more attention. But the orange car looked like it could only really go the speed of a golf car so idk how much they could've done. Still tragic either way.

Yea I got cut off once and almost ended up slamming into the side of an 18 wheeler causing my Ranger to go on 2 wheels briefly when I had to cut back to the left. And the idiot who cut me off went back into the lane he cut me off from I’m assuming it was the wrong exit because he exited on the very next feeder road.

@@Bova-FettYeah through traffic ALWAYS have the right of way and the traffic MUST ALWAYS yield. The fact the pigeon didnt wait before crossing the other lane AND slowed down while crossing means the fault of the crash is kind of on them. BeamNG also damage components with rough use over time. Offroading showed me how easy it is to overheat an engine because it's using more power to climb grades when the intake was designed to be at speed while under that duress. there is a reason why left lanes on country roads are considered the most dangerous. The truck behind was mostly, almost solely at fault, however maybe the car couldve slowed down and indicated earlier.
@memelox_1705
16 күн бұрын
The Kia van was at fault, the number one rule on freeways is that you DO NOT stop on the highway, he could’ve indicated very early on and slowly move down the speed, the bus behind him did not have enough time to think. The driver probably was zoned out and did not have the turn in mind and so when he remembered he snapped on the brakes not realising the huge speeding bus behind him. Tough luck in the end
@brkr78
16 күн бұрын
@@memelox_1705 I honestly have no idea how the rules of the road in the USA work, but in every EU country the one following another car has to do so in sufficient distance so he can avoid just that, even on freeways, highways, interstates, call em what you want. Because there can be a 1000 reasons why a car suddenly stopps, from technincal to human factors, from wildlife to being stupid - in all cases its the fault of the one driving into the vehicle in front - unless they just overtake and then slam the breaks, but that's difficult to prove without dashcams and isn't that common. And being "zoned out", especially when driving a truck, is a big, big, BIG nono - Next thing you know and he's swerving into oncomming traffic.
@theblitz6838
16 күн бұрын
It seriously depends on the situation indeed. You can't just come to a sudden stop in the middle of the road without using any indicators. In that case it could be seen as a break check because there's no way for a truck to stop on such a short distance. Dashcams are an absolute must. From what I could see, the white van just suddenly slammed it's brakes inorder to take the exit on the left while crossing a "double white line"? Or was it a single white line? It's hard too tell... I don't think what he/she tried to do is allowed on that particular strip of road.
@abnormaalz
15 күн бұрын
It is the fault of the truck behind, but that doesn't matter when you're in that car. You can take steps to prevent this from happening yourself. 1. Tap the brakes slightly and early in advance. Your brake lights will come on, and this is an indicator to the car behind you that you are about to brake. Don't let your foot off the brake until you are making the turn. 2. DO NOT, absolutely NEVER, turn the steering wheel UNTIL the lane is you are crossing is CLEAR. If, for whatever reason, someone does crash into your rear, you will not be launched into the opposite lane but instead forward.

It’s good to see that most of the people that caused the accidents won’t be on the road anymore.

As I watched these and realized they were real events, I pondered to myself, "how can I avoid dying like this?" I came to the conclusion that not being stupid, really helps.
You know, this is actually really educational. It shows you how these wrecks play out and the damage they can do.
I really like how you added (very interesting) how all the people involved ended....

These are amazing and educational. Please don’t stop making them.
Its crazy how they have people to reenact a video game scene in real life, brilliant work
Last accident had some interesting radio background.
This can help people to better understand how situations like this can be avoided. It’s not disrespectful. It’s a matter of consequence to neglectful behavior. We need to shock people back into reality. And if seeing stuff like this is what they need to understand that rules on the road exist for a reason, then so be it.
Very great job on mimicking the exact scene like the crash video from real life.
The interior shots showing how fast it happens is accurate and haunting
They should show this at every dmv

Since hauling a load, the person should have been slowing down much sooner. A deadly mistake unfortunately.
I was holding my breath for most of the video.
I kinda love the fact he shows happened to the people because it is always amazing how some of these insane accidents end up with nobody dying.
Moral of the story - be careful and cautious and aware while braking suddenly, crossing roads or railway, and overtaking vehicles.
And these are prime examples of why some people shouldnt be driving
BeamNG is awesome. We can learn to prevent many accident.

Honestly appreciate that you capture these in such detail. High-speed undivided highways with trucks are terrifying, I feel more in control with city driving but this is a good reminder to keep my wits about me in any situation

The quality of videos and how accurate everything is(physics etc) just amazing, but the quality of content delivered by drivers is on another level ... Never seen bigger hardcore head-on smash than those last two trucks, I know "You didnt se..." blah blah blah look at it, the force between them cabins created mini black hole 😲
How difficult has to be to recreate in such a specific detail the crashes. Loved the work, keep going!

Remember, speed has never killed anyone. Suddenly becoming stationary is what gets you.
Very nicely made. Great for prevention
4:06 this shows why it's so INCREDIBLY important that you DO NOT start your turn until you're clear. If the car was straight, it would have not been pushed into the blue truck, and perhaps it would not have given the impression to the truck behind it that he was already turning and he would be out of his way.
@CAustin582

They were making an illegal wrong-way turn into an exit. Notice how in the camera footage there's a no right turn sign, and two similarly shaped signs facing the other direction in the distance. You can bet if there are no right turns allowed, there are probably no left turns. Also there's only one dedicated lane connected taking a right outgoing turn, with no matching incoming on either side.
@abnormaalz
14 күн бұрын
@CAustin582 it's insane that it's even possible to make that turn then. I'm not surprised that the driver thought he could make a turn there, because it's not clear enough that it's not allowed
@IntEagleOvefovex

There's also the double white lines. They didn't even bother with a single, they made it pretty obvious you not suppose to cross it. At least for rural areas it was pretty clear imo
@abnormaalz

@@IntEagleOvefovex turns out it wasn't clear enough, as we see. Even in rural areas in the Netherlands, there will be a median to make sure it is physically impossible to make the turn unless you go over the actual median. This road is designed poorly
