Namaste sir.. Sir in February 2020 we met with accident on highway as we were going by car n hit to govt.bus, n my father expired on the way to hospital..n rest all were safe no injuries...now how should we file a case..?as FIR is done.

सर जी एक्सीडेंटल क्लेम पास होने के बाद में आधा पैसा मिल चुका है और आधा पैसे की fd बनकर मिली है Fd की समय अवधि पूरी हो चुकी है तो अब FD का पैसा a/c में जमा करवाने के लिए न्यायलय के आदेश की जरूरत है तो सर जी आदेश कितने दिन में हो जाना चाहिए

सर मैंने एक नई गाड़ी खरीदी है गाड़ी खरीदने के साथ मैंने एजेंसी के माध्यम से बीमा भी कराया अभी मुझे गाड़ी का नंबर नहीं मिला है गाड़ी खरीदने के लगभग 8 दिन बाद गाड़ी की एक गेट में स्क्रैच आने पर मैंने गाड़ी के एजेंसी को संपर्क किया और उनसे गाड़ी का बीमा क्लेम कर उसे रिपेयर कराने को कहां किंतु कार एजेंसी वाले बीमा से गाड़ी को रिपेयर करने में आनाकानी दे रहे हैं ऐसी स्थिति में अब मैं क्या कर सकता हूं
