Sir ek transport truck se accident ho gya tha jisme licence insurance or other documents valid the but corana time chal rha tha us time pe truck me 13 logo ko lift de diye the or accident ho gya jisme 4 logo ki death ho gyi or kuch logo ko injury ho gyi ye accident 25/12/2020 me hua tha jisme court ne unka claim pass Kiya h or Esme insurance company claim Dene se mana kar diya or court ka adesh h ki insurance company ko pay & recover ka ab humare pass itna Paisa to nhi h to Esme kya hoga

क्लेम मिलने बाद , क्लेम की राशि एकाउंट में जमा होने के बाद उस राशि को इंश्योरेंस कम्पनी द्वारा वापिस मांगना या बैंक में चेक लगाना , नियमानुसार सही या ग़लत है।
