Hi sir my friend met with an accident last year and now opposite party is asking 30 lac compensation under act 166 and 140 act 25000 , my friend hit the bike from wrong side and claimant and opposite party have major damage but opposite party is below 18 years which means without license. also my friend insurance is full from ICICI Lombard. from whom he can claim compensation friend or insurance company?

Me from Jammu Mera Accident hua tha 2010 ko mein apni car mein drive kar raha tha then samne se collage bus ne mujhe Hit kar diya mein usi Time behos ho geya taab mujhe Jammu medical collage Admit kiya geya but critical situition ki wajah se mujhe DMCH ludihana , punjab Refer kiya taab taam mein cooma mein ya chuka tha mujhe kaffi head injury hui thi both legs were broken 27 days ke baad mein cooma se bahar aya 15 operation hue jisme ghr walo ne 20 Lakh ka kharcha hua meri Disablity Bhi 45 % hai mujhe recover hone mein 3 Years lage still abhi taak MACT mein mera case chal raha ha kya aap bata sakte hain mujhe kitna compenstion mile ga sir.

Sir if a father is goverent retired person then he and his wife will be dependent of his only son and get claim on son's accidental death? If son is b.tech holder but job seeker and married how his income is calculated . son also did agricultural work in his own field.
