Is this lap recorded with cda q setup? Or in colder conditions? I'm asking because I'm not able to go so fast in straights as on the video.

With the CDA Q correct, we worked closely with Kunos with the latest update and this lap was done on a slightly different BOP. A new hotlap video with a lap time of a low 8:03 on the release BOP will be published early next week. The car has lost roughly a second 💪

Just curious. Why did you hold dead left at Dottinger straight? Shortest distance or to cool stuff down? Both? Pretty aggressive lap btw 🤜🤛

The M4 is incredibly stable to be fair, a very good beginner car for the ring for anyone that is wanting to build up confidence!

8 mins!!???? OMG, i'm new to sim racing and just tried 3 laps of track on ACC using my new fanatec dd rig with the same car, i'm a full minute behind and thought i was flying!!! So fun until my arms were hurting after 3 laps.

The car did recieve a power nerf and recieved some 15 or 20 kilos. They did all these laps before the release of the update. so this time is no longer possible

Fastest way to go in ACC V1.9 for a hotlap for most cars, but for 99% of users not advisable as it really tests technique 😅

How are you able to drive so aggressively with TC off. Even with the TC on 1 to 3 I still get wheel spin but you just seem to slightly feather the throttle for a millisecond then you’re flat on the power. I try this and just spin out instantly???

TC off is definitely something that takes a lot to master. It's the fastest way to go in most cars to get the absolute lap time in V1.9, but isn't user friendly in any way and does require a lot of work on technique to be consistent with it. As you've seen yourself, it is easy to overload the rears in traction zones. It will be down to the steering being applied together with the amount of throttle application, loading the car up slowly with a quick partial throttle before going to 100%. But for 99% of people on ACC, just using a low TC setting will suffice in order to ensure they have a consistent experience, especially when racing others closely 🏁

Anyone got an idea of console im starting to get impatient with updates 😅

Our entire iRacing and ACC database of setups is included, The app is installed on your PC and you connect the sims up to the app. The setups then automatically install into the setup menus. But there is a lot of added benefits to Delta, including our 13 module course too. TC off is the fastest way to go in ACC right now in V1.9 for ultimate lap time, a lot of the cars for a hotlap need TC off to go that few tenths faster

Depends if you are using custom BOP or not, it's quite close to be honest at the front, the M4 definitely isn't an instant win car at Nords.

TC off for a lot of cars yield the greatest lap time gain if you can deal with it currently!

Unrealistisch, die realen Zeiten liegen bei 8 Minuten 12 Sekunden hier muss Kunos unbedingt nachbessern

There will be always be some disparity between real life and sim lap times given the amount of practice sim drivers have and the ability to exploit the physics engine 😅

Es ist realistisch. Man muss nur bedenken, dass die BOP für den die Nordschleife speziell für diese Strecke konzipiert wird, was bei ACC nicht gemacht wurde. Die GT3s werden in der Realität deutlich verlangsamt. Wenn man ein GT3 mit einer normalen BOP auf dieser grünen Höllen fahren würde, kämen die gleichen Zeiten heraus.

100% that too, in ACC we do not have the engine power penalties/top speed penalties as in real life either that contributes to the GT3's being slowed down.

IRL schnellste Zeit von Daniel Keilwitz 8:08,006 im Ferrari 296 GT3 im Rennen, inkl. Verkehr. Hier ballern die ohne andere Fahrzeuge auf der Strecke.

8.02 is too fast , in real life they are 6-7 second slower i think kunos have to adjust that

In ACC, they do not have the power restrictions to cap top speed and acceleration like real life 💪 The sim will always be faster generally like for like as well as you have unlimited hours to practice and exploit certain lines too round the track.
