@@tiddybearkush Bait Casting Reels...as opposed to spinning reels that hang off the bottom of the rod.

I have this reel and I love it. Very comfortable and easy to use. Mine is a 6:6:1ratio. Good all around reel.

I agree they are great reels can’t beat them

There is a few more things I would like to see in your revews on fishing reels. Such as does the reel have internel Brakes. Is the spool made out of Alum. and is the frame made of Plastic or Alum. Maybe just a little more info on the reels. Now it's nice to know how smooth they cast and retrive that is a big game changer for me. So thanks for taking the time to do these reel revews for us.

good content. I know nothing about fishing except how to eat it. jokes aside my feedback would be to do unboxing additions. watch some of the KZread vids of unboxing and do that. literally taking the abu garcia hook out of the box & talk about what it is/does. that would be just 1 video, then in a follow up video, show us how to use it. that way you're getting 2 video's instead of just one. You're the CFO of this channel just an idea- boss. very interesting and enjoyed as it was presented.

Trilene Big Game is hands-down the best monofilament I’ve used. Strength is equal or better than others at the same rated test, knot strength is also as good or better, and the stretch really helps with keeping fish hooked. It has a bit of memory if you leave it on the reel and you’re not constantly using it, but who cares because a 1/4lb. spool is like $7 or $8. Great stuff.

Yes I like the Big game line. I use it on all my reels and never had trouble with it.

Just got mine (5.4:1) ...its my new crankbait reel....canfield wait to try it.

I started using an Abu Garcia Black Max this year and love it . Gonna add more Bait asters to my mainly spinning reel arsenal. This will probably be my next reel ( Left hand retrieve ) now need a good budget 7’ rod. What/do you recommend Josh ($100 range ) for throwing jigs maybe a frog.

No the wide spool is a cranking reel pretty sure in a 5.1 gear ratio. But basically same reel though
