For all the crybabies complaining about EDM, it's there because it has a reason to be there. It has long been established that EDM is used to represent a power that is alien from Teyvat, like the All-Devouring Narwhal for example. We know that Arlecchino is a descendant of the Crimson Moon dynasty from Khaenri'ah, and that Khaenri'ah definetely had some interaction with the outside of Teyvat (and became the Abyss order). It all perfectly adds up. Now if you don't like it, that's a different can of worms that i don't intend to open up, i am no one to judge... but don't say that "it doesn't belong in the song" and "they had no reason to use EDM" because you're wrong for reasons of lore.

If you put the lyrics into google translate you'll get something funny like "behold, i cooked you nephew" lol ------------------------------------------- Overall I'm sure there's a good amount of inaccuracies in my translation, I haven't practiced my translating skills in a few years now, but I'm confident this is a better/more accurate result than anything Google will give you! I cannot help shedding some tears because I am a woman with a deeper voice myself and to hear Miss Huiling Zhu singing was quite unexpected and felt so incredible to me. The sheer power and somehow softness that came with her feels eerie but comforting, and deserves special recognition! Truly a master-level performance, from the kids to the adults to instrumentalists, bravo!

Damn I thought the main vocal was a male voice all along. Turns out its a low female voice which is so cool and considerate. Love it when they do this, just like with Scaramouche’s theme having a high tone male voice, Arle’s main vocal sounds so androgynous, its so true to her character. Hoyoverse is investing more in such high quality epic music compositions. As someone who has a decent amount of music background and loves Genshin content, I really appreciate the amount of dedication and effort that Hoyoverse puts into the music design of Genshin. Especially the Harbingers’ boss themes, they just keep getting better and better! Thank you so much for the wonderful music!!

The acting is so strong for even a few scenes and the singer really brings out life like arlecheno being an actual father figure ❤❤❤

HOYO-MIX dropped a truly banger masterpiece! This child choir was sick, and why this singer too similat to Arlechino?! I truly obsessed with this strong voice and child choir for Arlecchino boss theme. After all I understand - hoyo can't do bad music.

Archon themes are undeniably spectacular but the Harbingers' themes never fall short. The vocals make them even better

Why she is so on point in this perf? Her voice is unique, in fact one of the most difficult voices to find, I love the darkness that the Contralto singers have without meaning to. Goosebumps!

I don't know about what others are saying about the arrangement being not relevant and out of place, but to me I'm loving every single part of this arrangement- it makes total sense to me on why the music feels this way. Signora and Arlecchino are both harbringer who use the pyro, but. Signora's song had a tone that felt like there was some tragic sadness in the flames, but Arlecchino's song had the feel of a wall furnace, with no mercy in the flames, ruthlessly burning down the opponent. I felt the dignity... both are awesome tho

That voice, that "Father" presence, and that snap (with the lighting effects that mimiced the character's burst animation), Huiling Zhu not only did her homework, she wrote a thesis on it. I hope she has a KZread channel that I can follow.

1. Idk if anyone noticed but one of the boys took the singers hand when she was entering, which just really adds more to the character. 2. Her vocal range is soooo impressive, that she can go that deep 😭♥
