Love is the only one REAL emotion that exists, every thing else is just an illusion of the ego. I am not talking about the definition of love as this world has defined it, the true definition of love, the spiritual definition, is complete acceptance of all that is. Complete acceptance is "without judgement" and when you reach this awakened state, you will experience true joy and happiness, which is what REAL LOVE is.

The power of emotion is not only the key to feeling happy and fulfilled, but also to manifesting those feelings into reality. Often times it is our emotions that are the first pieces of information that are received by our sub-conscious mind, whether they are positive or negative. When we become aware of these emotions, it is then possible to take action that will lead us closer to what we desire.

What a powerful passage *. I luv AH explanation the other day describing crying 😢upon our emotions I cried gearing the story of Sammie being trapped nearly a week upon her discovering * a combination of emotions .... feeling empathy the dog was trapped & the joy of her being found alive ❣️❣️I can relate to several different mixed emotions & tears are part of the process for me & laughter as well sometimes* I like a sensitive human & spirit filled emotions . Expressing our emotions are more than sharing words Its all intimate & beautiful
