Ooh this is such a good episode. It's so true we have to feel good internally and feel like we deserve to feel good. For me, I started doing shadow work a few months ago to release all of the negative and repressed emotions that have been blocking my vibration. I have come so far and naturally life will match. I like this one. "Take care of the way you feel." The idea that I just accept so much feeling bad in my life is probably why I feel so bad all the time. I've been conditioned for so long that feeling bad is somehow a good/noble/virtuous thing. It feels the same as telling your best friend whose husband is beating her up that she just has to take it. That's an incredibly abusive and horrible thing to say to someone in that position. I get that the opposite seems like it's just what spoiled kids get treated like, but I think spoiled children get conditioned to avoid pain. I don't think Abraham is saying to avoid or run from pain, but to walk away from it whenever it does come. To choose a different reality that isn't painful.

We are conditioned to deserve good stuff, we have to work so hard our bodies and minds collapse, we have to put others first, we have to fit in. A whole lifetime of that is difficult to just shake off but we can do it gradually

14:32 every single person who's ever accused me of being selfish were the most selfish people I've ever met 😂 Also people confuse selfishness (no empathy) with self love. There's another Abraham video where Esther says "I love you so much I don't care what you think" bc I need to care about what I think in order to align myself. I can't love someone else if I don't love myself first, it's just so logical. How would you give someone what you don't have?

The only thing that I kind of don't like is when she says you're being sloppy thinkers because you don't care enough about how you feel , well everyone cares about how they feel, some people might have disregulated nervous systems, Possibly from past ongoing trauma or who knows what, that makes it much harder for them to keep their thoughts positive. I just find when she says that it tends to lower your vibration a little bit but but all in all I really like this video
