Great Video Mike! I will say as a pool contractor that the salt generator system should be after the heater as the chlorine going into the heater will cause the heat exchanger to rot out and fail prematurely. Again love watching your videos they’re great!

Better put 2 sand filters on that pool. Got one too, it’s basically the size of real in ground pool, if not BIGGER. I would also recommend converting to salt.

I missed the part where he showed how to fix it. Lots of fluff, but the important stuff was left out. I took out the four screws, but the pip was fixed to the wall of the unit. I guess I have to remove that? Really pretty useless with lots of wasting time.

That looked like a Kev install at best. I don't know how much heat that thing throws off, but sure looks close to plastic pool. "I see why you put up the shed, you got to cover that..." Oh my word...

Some installers do anything to make even leave live electrical connections without a cover, someone is looking for these owners.
