Agnethas parents lived in my neighbourhood in Sweden. 1974, when I was 10 years old, I rang on their doorbell. Agnetha opened an let me in to their kitchen and gave me her autograph while we were sitting at the kitchen table. She was very kind but I was terrible shy. But since then I got a crush on her...Saw her a few more times in the neigbourhood.

Agnetha often gets overlooked when peeps talk bout great female vocalists, but her voice is amazing! ♥

An emotional break up song. It means even more when you know the guitarist (Björn) wrote this while full of whisky and emotional, in only an hour. He gave the lyrics to his recently divorced wife, Agnetha who is singing it. He has said, "a tear or two welled up in her eyes. Because the words really affected her." Despite his denials that the song was about their breakup, it clearly had a great deal of the emotion wrapped up in it.

Agnetha was beautiful, both ABBA girls, but Agnetha was also naturally sexy. She wouldn´t even tried to be sultry, she just was.

Always a delight to see young people discover ABBA. This track was released when I was about 5 and hit me straight away. Phenomenal.

ABBA is the bands name, Agneta (blonde) Björn on guitarr, Benny on piano and Annifried the brunette. Their initials form the name ABBA. And they were at this time two married couples.

Thanks for the ABBA. They were two couples. Agnetha (blond) & Bjorn (playing guitar) and Benny(piano) & Anni-Frid (redhead). They were Swedish and huge in the 70's and still selling like crazy. Happy pop songs in the beginning. Then as the couples started having troubles many songs got more serious. Agentha and Bjorn had two kids and had just divorced. He wrote these lyrics and asked Agnetha to sing them. Many think this is their best. If your not familiar with them you really should be. Maybe react to "Ring" or"SOS" two earlier ABBA songs. Honestly, I’ve watched this so many times since you made it because you crack me up (in a good way!). You remind me of myself when I first discovered Agnetha at about 12yrs old. She’s a remarkable woman. To have this incredible voice, to have made songs that people still listen to 45yrs later, but also to be probably one of the most beautiful women ever. Absolute icon! I’d LOVE to see you do some more ABBA reactions, or even some Agnetha solos. Her most recent solo album was in 2013 (an album called ‘A’) that’s got some brilliant tracks on it and a few songs with music videos if you wanted to see what she’s like now (yup, still a hottie 😂). ABBA is a Swedish pop band founded in 1972 by Anni-Frid Lyngstad (brunette), Benny Andersson (piano), Björn Ulvaeus (guitar) and Agnetha Faltskog (blonde). The band name comes from the acronyms of the names of the band members. The team consisted of 2 marriages: Agnetha and Bjorn, Anni-Frid and Benny. Dissolved officially in 1982 following the breakup of both marriages making up the band. They are considered to be one of the most significant and top-grossing music bands in history (the second most popular band in the history of music after The Beatles), they have sold over 400 million albums all over the world. It was the largest band in the 1970s and at the turn of the 1970s and 1980s. Out of exactly 100 songs officially released, as many as 44 made it to the top of the charts in some country in the world. As many as 9 of their songs took 1st place in the UK charts, 4 songs were in the top 10 of the US charts and unfortunately only one of them (Dancing Queen) made it to the top of this list. Their path to fame began in 1973, when they took part in the Eurovision Song Contest, where they presented the song "Ring Ring" which took 3rd place. A year later they tried their hand at the same competition again, this time with the song "Waterloo" with which they managed to win first place. That's when the whole world got to know the ABBA team. In 1976 they released as many as 4 such songs: "Money, Money, Money", "Fernando", "Knowing Me, Knowing You" and their hit of the three times titled "Dancing Queen". The song "Dancing Queen" is considered the best song of the band and the second most joyful song in the world (according to the official ranking), but for many fans the song "The Winner Takes It All" is number one. In the following years they released such hits as: "Take a Chance on Me", "The Name of the Game", "Thank You for the Music", "I Have a Dream", "Chiquitita", "Voulez-Vous", "Does Your Mother Know", "Gimme! @@emilyfeechi As I mentioned, this is a very, short history of the band, but if I wanted to present you the whole story, I would probably write the whole essay 😂😅 I really liked your first reaction to this band and I would love to encourage you to record more videos in which you react for ABBA's songs. If I can, I'd like to suggest that the next song you react to should be "Dancing Queen". As I also mentioned before, this is their best rating and most famous song, so it definitely means something. This song is just pure serotonin. It's just about having a good time. I promise you that as soon as you hear the first notes, you will fall in love with this song, and when you hear the last notes, you will immediately want to hear more of this band's hits. Dancing Queen. Both women look gorgeous. Do the official video. It is their biggest hit amongst a whole boatload of hits. If you get into the ABBA thing you will be there until next fall because they have so many great songs. Agnetha ( pro agnayta) is the blonde. Anni - Frid( she goes by Anna) is the redhead. Benny is the bearded one playing keyboards. He writes the music. Bjorn( pro beeyorn) is the smaller guy playing guitar. He writes the lyrics. The group name ABBA are the letters that start each member’s name. Agnetha was married to Bjorn from 71-80. Anni-Frid was married to Benny for about 6 years or so. Both couples divorced while the group was together. They broke up in 1982 finally. They are musical geniuses and considered to be one of the greatest pop bands of all time. The fact that you are reacting to their music 39 years after their breakup is testament to their greatness and timeless quality of their music. By the way, they went into The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2010.

Believe it or not Agnetha was the shy one. When ABBA became a world wide phenomenon, they all became $millionaires and constantly in the spot light, with no privacy. When they weren't on tour, she would literally hide, and went into seclusion for a while after they split up. The men, Benny and Bjorn went on to write songs for other artists as well as BROADWAY. MAMA MIA became a BROADWAY musical and movie based on ABBA songs. Check it out.

Back in the eighties makeup and beautiful women were new.

women were much more beautiful and attractive before the 2000s, due to this last and 4th wave of feminism which made women believe that femininity is wrong and the expression of what these ideologically possessed feminists call ' patriarchy ', which does not exist in the West and we know it if we have traveled to the Middle East, Africa, Asia and South America, and women then became masculine like terminators, they even stopped wearing dresses, shaving legs and underarms, wearing attractive perfumes etc... i was a young adult in the '80 and it was great. and music was amazing ans creative af.

Not true. He wrote it as a professional, the same way as "Knowing Me, Knowing You", "S.O.S." and later "One of Us", and "When all is said and Done", was done. All songs about love that has ended. But yes, he did write it when they had divorced. He has said it many times - not about their break up. Because there was no winner og loser

Makeup yes as a man generally speaking modern make up fashion isn't good I men like professional models like on the commercial imagines on a video or on TV except news most of those last look good make up wise it , seem like such a waste of effort and money when your mother or grandmother had make up and looks better. Funny I remember once on a vacation the airline lost my mother's baggage she refused to leave the room until a few day later , I cant go outside without my face ( her words) these days she doesn't care unless it's a party or a wedding .
