Abandoned Irish Village

While I was out travelling I cam across this old abandoned village and there was quite a lot too it. Upon my research I found out a lot more about it and I was amazed by this history of this place as there is no signs for it along the main road.

That is a wonderful little village. As much as I'd like to know where it is I won't ask. Maybe I'll stumble across it myself next year when I visit Ireland.

That house with the thatched roof, isn't typically Irish. Where is this village??
