@@paulettefrazier445 no it’s not - the person who did the initial filming and feeding the dog each day was a tourist who then traveled 500km to the Howl of a Dog Rescue - who owns this channel. The tourist did a very selfless act and saved that poor pup from the elements.

Indeed! Animals got the short end of the stick when "life" was being doled out on planet earth... Some people are just pure evil - to abandon an animal in the freezing cold, no where to go, sleeping on snow! To top it all off, the hotel owner instructs people not to feed him... You have to be one heartless SOB to say that whilst you're sleeping in a warm, comfy bed - after a hot meal!

She went right away with the person who gave her food. These angels are so innocent. She could be going to her death, but they just believe and have so much love to give to us, selfish human-beings. Thank God for good people like her rescuers.

I'd never want to stay at a hotel that is managed by someone who knowingly ignores an animal in freezing weather (or a suffering animal at all).

My angel, Cheyenne was about 2 when we were blessed to adopt her. She lived another 13 years as part of our family. Never got the idea of playing with toys. Bless this angel and the person who rescued her. Such a beautiful soul.

@@al_batross3333 The police might not care much about a situation like this. It probably changes from country to country how the police deals with abandoned animals - if they deal with it at all. From the little I've heard, stray dogs aren't all that uncommon in Eastern European countries (Although I obviously could be wrong)

I realize some people have their own reasons or just don't "care" for dogs, but I genuinely don't trust people who don't like dogs. I don't think I ever met a dog I didn't like. They are truly man's best friend and we don't deserve such wonderful animals in our lives.

From America, thank you for taking her in and caring for her.

To the man who first saved her, thank you for being a voice for the voiceless. To the shelter, thank you for the wonderful work you do. To the resort/hotel, shame on you and your employees. Hopefully more people will see this video and not have their vacations at your place anymore.

For years thousands of people just walked by until one day a human being with a heart stopped and saved her. Hope her future will be a happy one, can only imagine the horrors she has endured all her life.

@Kenba Mamba In the wealthiest country in the world there are abandoned animals, what can you expect of a place like Romania which does not distinguish itself for their care for animals??? Like in many other former communist countries, they are still struggling to go by. Here, the most important thing is the dog and it went rescued, cared for, trained and it is in it's way to a happy, healthy and loving life that she rightfully deserves. I thank and bless the good hearted tourist, but it does not matter who helped the dog, she was and is being helped and loved and THIS is the only thing that really matters. @@Itxazoa The hotel owner instructed his/her staff NOT to feed or to provide any care to Indy even though it was extremely cold. He assumed Indy's presence would have a negative effect on his business. But as it turns, his way of dealing with this "problem" may end up having a negative effect on his business. When one is in the hospitality industry, providing comfort if not compassion can matter a great deal to a potential customer. This comment is not about being negative or critical for its own sake. It's about understanding the bigger picture.

It was me, I was the tourist. We later put the dog down, and ate him. Just as god intended. In eco friendly fashion we used every part of the body and nothing went to waste. What we didn't eat or feed to other dogs that we will eventually eat, we wear as clothing.

It’s very easy to say that the person who abandoned the dog is cruel and heartless, but you have to look at both perspectives here. some people simply cannot afford to have a dog anymore. that doesn’t necessarily mean that abandoning the dog would be the best decision, but you have to do what you have to do. it doesn’t make them cruel. the dog was lucky and loved enough to be dropped off near this hotel and in this populated area where it could get help and food. but the same way the tourist wasn’t able to adopt the dog because he had other pets, the person who left the dog by the hotel would’ve had their own reason for doing so. and if you were referring to the owner of the hotel, then yes, I agree. would be wrong of him to not allow her any food and to chase her away.

Nothing breaks my heart more than a traumatized animal, they're just so helpless and aren't able to understand why they were abandoned/abused :(

I have an 8 year old dog who is a mix bread, and i love him soo much, he is innocent and very sweet, his name is Panda because he has black circles around his eyes, but some of the black has changed to grey because he is getting older. Animal cruelty is awful, they are helpless, they don't understand why they were abused, and it scars them for life.

When I am older, my lifes dream is to be just like Howl Of A Dog

What a sweetie! I'd have adopted her. How could anyone leave a helpless dog out in the snow, the elements like that? She didn"t look in bad condition and maybe the owners just left her at the hotel or nearby. I often wonder, sometimes, though, if anything happened to the owner/s snd the dog just waited for them to return or wandered off for help, or was just lost. It's great this good samaritan took her in. Hope it all works out for them. Many Blessings!

She deserves all of the love in the world.

I can’t thank you enough for saving this sweet girl while it took time away from your vacation. Who would abandon a dog in the snow and leave her for dead.

Thank you to the kind stranger who saved her and for those caring for her. God bless you!

God bless this guy who saved her. I'm glad that amongst all of this world's cruelty, there are still people which care for those less fortune no matter if it's a dog or human. Thank you, and also a whole Howl of a Dog organisation, for restoring faith in humanity. Good always comes back, and I'm sure all of people showing such acts of kindness will be rewarded!

Yes I agree and thank you for your respect and care of this beautiful dog whose life before her rescue was just so sad!

She has such a sweet, loving face! I hope she finds the home she deserves.

I truly admire these hands on warriors who save sentient beings in need, even while on a vacation. There is still hope for humanity as long as warriors like them exist on the planet.

If you see a dog in the snow, please help him.

She sat there so patiently while the vet checked her. Such a well behaved dog for a stray.

Compassion and understanding is something we could all learn to work on, rather than just giving up on animals and people because we feel we are possibly bored or tired of our duties. When we adopt or take care care of something it is for life. It's refreshing how this beautiful man took the time and had consideration for something outside of himself, to give this dog the chance of living a decent life, well done.

Thank you very much for your devoted rescuing the poor dog abandoned in front of the hotel in cold winner.God bless you and the poor dog.

To the tourist who took care of this poor dog. I don’t know if you can speak or read English. If not, maybe you can find someone who can translate. You have my utmost respect and admiration for what you have done. This world needs a lot more people like you in it. May you be blessed in ways that you cannot even begin to imagine or understand. I'm am so happy this dog has got a forever home. Thank God there are still some people with big hearts.. I know she will be cared for by the lady who rescued her..God Bless You..

Precious soul. Many blessings and love to your org. and that wonderful tourist who simply could not turn away from an innocent soul. No wonder this world is in such trouble. When a human being denies even the simplest soul kindness, if resounds throughout the world. Karma will come, for all.

For the tourist who saved Indy, thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I frequently worry about this world...then someone like this dogs benefactor comes along and I regain some hope. Well done, all. My hunch is that Indy will be fine. 😊

Sooooo thankful she found a loving home and bless the tourist for his love and care.

She owes her life to that tourist,, what a truly kind person xx

She knows you’re helping her.

Seeing how gentle she is, whoever does get to adopt her will have a companion for life. She is a beautiful dog. Thank you first to the people that saw and fed her. And of course, you folks at Howl Of A Dog. I wish I could adopt her, but I have other things to deal with... I hope that all are safe and well.

This really touched my heart, thanks to that tourist. It's good to know that there's good caring people still.

Bless the kind hearted tourist for not giving up on this dog. I can never understand heartless people. We share this earth with them. A little kindness wont hurt especially to helpless animals. Thank you tourist for saving Indy and Howl of Dogs for taking her in 🙏

Such a beautiful dog - makes me phenomenally sad to see such a lovely animal abandoned like that. Thank you for sharing, and for all those involved in rescuing her, and for the work you went through finding a loving home for her.

What a good girl she was letting the vet examine her. I'm glad she's safe.

I love how she eats She is one of the pretties dogs I've ever seen on street, she has a really beautiful coat Glad this has a happy ending

Thank you for everything you did and all who were involved, it’s hard to believe hotel staff thought it was acceptable to ignore this poor dog out in the bitter cold, unbelievably hard breaking, so I’m glad you were there, thank god xx

My heart has melted over all the love and compassion the tourist had for her, and how incredibly wonderful the people at the rescue treated her. ❤

I hate the hotel owner - “Don’t feed the dog”. So cruel and evil! I hope someday when you’re hungry and on the streets someone tells a kind person not to give you food.

She didn’t want them feeding Indy because she was hoping Indy would go away if not fed, and as mentioned in the video, the owner didn’t want Indy scaring away tourists.

Amazing work . Glad she’s been rescued and found her forever home.

People just walked by this dog daily in front of this hotel and refused to help this dog. People are so selfish and have no compassion. It was too cold for this dog to be in the environment without proper shelter.

@@Taooflu It doesn't matter, clearly people could see the dog needed help. If it were them in that situation, they would want someone to help them. The difference between humans and animals are, human beings can talk, dogs can't. Just admit, people are selfish as hell. You know those people knew it was too cold for the dog to be sleeping outside in that weather for those many days. If it's too cold for human beings it's too cold for the dog. People don't use the sense the Most gave them.

Hearing how CRUEL & Heartless the Owner is, Will Be what Really HURTS His Business!! I’d rather stay at a place where a Beautiful Doggo like this one had been Cared For!!! Thank the Heavens that this person CARED!!!

Lu Ri While that is true, it wouldn’t have taken much time or effort to contact an actual Shelter or Rescue to come and get the poor dog. Instead, he Chose to be Cruel. Which I’m sure the Tourists staying there became Aware of.
