That’s a 1979 corvette beautiful car

Great job, Guys. Lovely car. This colour says it is late 70s, so somewhere around 77/78. That blue was avsilable on Corvette as well as the 77/78 Buick Riviera, but only as one half of a two tone factory paint job. Keep up the good work.

Its amazing how people come here to just talk sarcastic shit on videos. I see nothing wrong with capitalizing on actual local classic cars that havent been washed in years and making a video out of it. I know a lot of the car detailing guys use keyword triggers and clickbait but come the hell on. If you dont like it, go watch something else.

@@millinag3817 Yes, whether it be project cars or cars that have been sitting for a long time waiting for restoration. You'll see plenty of them here in iowa in smaller towns or rural areas. And to be fair, this wasn't a 'barn find', it was a dealership that has a car that wasn't selling and neglected it due to the spray paint on it, it happens.

I'm 57 and the year this car was built I received, from "Santa" a two-foot-long Official Pacecar model kit of one. It was Huge!!!

No 80 has a different tail end. 77 to 79 Really close in shape though

The blue one is a 1979. The 1980 c3 corvettes I’ve seen didn’t have this type of bumper.

I bought a 73 corvette a couple days ago

1978 blue one

I'm going with 1980 for the year. Looks similar to the yellow one that Vice Grip Garage got running

That body style looks like a C3 (Late 60's through early 80's). is it an 77-78 Vette? How did the Door and Window seals hold up after you hit it with the pressure washer?

I’d say 78 or 79 because the rocker panels are all black and only have the the aluminum showing on the top by the door. That’s how mine came from the factory, according to the research I’ve done.
